If I am correct their 115 charges are not to do with the Premier League Profit and Sustainability Regulations as they were introduced for the 2024 -25 season. Put them in League 2, yes they would be back in the Premier League in no time, but it will give great exposure to the EFL and especially League 1 & 2, if they were to be demoted to League 2 . Every game for the lower league clubs would be like a Cup Final with full houses.

  • @FreeEagle-zh7js

    If City should remain in the league, the chances of another team winning it, are almost none. Look at the season Arsenal just had, yet it was still not enough. As a United fan, I'm not being envious as i have heard the chairman saying that United, Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea envy them. City really has nothing for me to envy them about, a team without foundation, legacy and integrity, that's not a club i would be tempted to envy, furthermore, i have experienced all these achievements that City have been robbing over a decade now, so this is not a pick at City. But the truth is, they don't belong in the league if they are not going to follow the rules like the other clubs. This is not only about my team, but the entire league. As long as City remains in the league, they will be winning the title 9 out of 10 times. If they are still allowed to partake in the league, I wouldn't be surprised if they also won it next season. The league is already so hard to win once, furthermore, 4 times in a row!! And they made it look so easy!! City are just like the athlete that uses drugs to enhance their ability to surpass the rest, instead of developing naturally into a respectable club.

      @HaytersTV No idea really. As 115 is unprecedented. All I would say is my mind was altered a little when they punished everton and forest. As they only had 1/2 breaches and admitted guilt. So if city don't receive a punishment in line with everton and forests then it opens up the option for them to sue. So in theory it's 5/10 points per charge for a club admitting guilt ? City have 115 and haven't been honest enough to admit it. 30 of those charges are related to the premier league asking for paperwork from city to prove their innocence, why would city stall giving that evidence and get another 30 charges if they hadn't broken the rules. If I was in court and could prove my innocence, why wouldn't I provide the evidence, city had that option and rather than provide evidence they stalled and got another 30 charges? Surely this means their punishments will be worse than evertons and forest ?

      @joeexotic5831 you said it all in one, the more comments I look at with this situation the more corrupt it sounds, even if half the 115 charges go through there has to be a substantial amount of punishment as with Everton and Forest, they can't give a poxy little fine when they have money to put on bonfires out here for jokes, I think the Man Shitty current owners should be forced to sell, only thing is because of the relationship the UAE have with the UK this could swing for Man Shitty as money talks, doesn't help when you have English PL refs officiating there either 🤷🏽‍♂️

      @joeexotic5831 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @krishmenparmar9139 Yeah, as I've said before, until the points deductions for everton and forest I thought that city would get away with a fine or something. But after the points deductions for those 2, a fine is impossible for city, otherwise it opens the premier league up for court cases from Everton and forest, who at least had the decency to admit it when they where caught. 30 of citys charges are for not providing evidence when asked for it, if city fans are to be believed they are innocent, yet 30 of the charges are when they where given chances to provide evidence to prove this and didn't 🤷‍♀️

    It's about time that World football starts to look at a yearly spending cap that no club can exceed. This will give every club a fair chance.. The situation right now is ridiculous. City says they need another 600 million, so they go to Etihad and say we need another 600 million. Etihad says no problem, they are a state owned airline, so they go to their government as say we need another 600 mil, The government say here you go, 600 million. Etihad says to City, "Here's your money deal done. No other club right now can do that. It's an unfair competitive advantage. If the owners don't like the league rules, then they can leave. They don't own the league. Believe me, no one, but their small group of fans will mis them. They, along with Barca and Real Madrid, are everything that is wrong with football.
