It always amazes me how much they can do with such strict powder limits. Nice shells! Unfortunately, many U.S. consumer fireworks companies straight up rip off their customers with false labeling and high pricing for half of the max load. You end up with very expensive cardboard and clay at that point. True 60g shells are almost a myth. I wish we could raise the limit to 100g and maybe even a 2 inch diameter max for shells. But, I doubt that will ever happen. Which is why the 1.3g market is far superior because of no powder limits and MUCH cheaper prices. The big catch is storage/permits and the obvious license requirement. Would highly recommend joining the pgi or similar fireworks club to learn all the safety stuff and get an atf type 54 license. Once you've fired some of the big stuff, you really see how watered down many consumer fireworks are for the cost. Even good shells like these ones probably cost more than the same qty of 3 inch shells. Rant over. Great video!
OMG Cody, please be a bit more careful when dissecting a live shell. You are cutting into a chamber that still has the compression seal in tact. One spark or friction heat could set the break charge off. Peel back the paper, don't just shove a steel blade in. It only has to happen once to lose your fingers/eyes etc. No redo, no undo.

try looking 4 pro shells by BIG for many yrs we use to sell them at $40 24 cans 4 tubes great bang(i live in the north east the only state without sales tax live free or die
ethan eisen unfortunately I have never had the Pyro Demon shells on my channel. I have been trying to find them, but I’ve had not luck since Missouri. I will work on the video, but I’m afraid I cannot get them in time before the ice melts. I can however use other canister shells under the ice. Which, believe it or not, I already have a video on.

Personally, any shell in the 50s as far as weight goes are good shells. The closer they are to the full 60g is just the icing on the cake.
What if you mixed up some deconstructed shells and created new fireworks?

You should take apart a single shot 3 inch tube the breaks are huge never seen one dissected before.

52g of comp, with a mine effect built in, and STILL has about 3/4" left? Yeah, you could probably max out that shell with very close to 60g.
Look for a brass knife. Brass can’t spark, safety first 💯
