He’s probably the last Rock Star. After Cobain.
The White Stripes kept Rock alive for another 10 years and now J. White with his various bands.
Prince is gone. All the major Rock bands are done.
He has an original voice and unique songs. His lyrics are incredibly intelligent. And he can shred on guitar 🎸 and plays a mean slide guitar, too!

Well I have seen Stevie Ray Vaughan, Devon Townsend, BBKing and Eric Clapton. I do not think Kurt is in the same group. Great song writer.

He's a legend no doubt but yeah Josh Homme, Alex Turner ,St.Vincent but I can think of a bunch of men and women who been rocking for a while

I attended this concert. Almost 3 years later and I still think about it. I can’t put into words how good it was. I mean, I never saw people at the end of a concert almost in tears because they felt they have just experienced something that was musically close to perfection. The sound system was … delirious. Every guitar note felt like a sweet kiss from the most beautiful girl in the world, every keyboard tone felt like honey mixed with hot wine, every drum hit felt like you received a huge slap on your face. The atmosphere was crazy. I remember leaving the room after the show but I still can’t remember how I got home that night.
Thank you Jack White, come back to Paris anytime, we love you.

I was there too ! Great show..... The reason why the video was deleted is that Arte had the show copyright for only one year. After that timeline, the Arte TH-cam channel simply deleted the video. I recall being absolutely pissed off when I couldn't find the video a few month back lol I had no idea about that copyright thing.
Very happy to find the complet show again on this last day of 2023.... ahah Cheers !

Jack White is an actual FUCKING GENIUS!!!!!!! From the minute the video started, he came exploding in like an insane, bright-blue, Category 5 hurricane. Other dudes just play, but he's jumping around like a maniac and full-on screaming into the microphone. A wise woman once said, "Great artists don't just break the rules... they completely reinvent them." Jack is a shining example of that. I worship this guy.
Steady as she goes is Jack white hitting the apex of rock and roll showmanship!!
That opening, just wow. Chills.
I liked opening with High Ball Stepper better.
No matter how many times I watch this, I just get goosebumps as that curtain lifts for Taking Me Back. Probably the greatest artist I’ve ever experienced live. What a creative genius!

I've been to Wichita, on my way to Oklahoma City to watch the Degans from middle America that started the X games.riding dirt bikes was their passion.
I saw this crew in Portland! What a great show....the keyboard player was amazing....Prince type amazing!

Saw him at Dover Firefly - it was great there was a wine bar...got to leave work early...it is exhausting...I helped people sell over 4 billion dollars worth of real estate..great show!
I finally gave away some of my coach purses because well - who cares...gave some to the homeless or they were sold to support shelters
