Fished like this from a boat this weekend and picked up 2 limits of chinook. Spin and glow with coonshrimp, let 6 sockeye and 2 summer run go. Great info guys
I love how this channel consistently produces fishing content unlike other “fishing” channels that have basically turned into random vlogs. Keep it up guys.
I never would've thought you guys will catch a carp using that set up. That's awesome! That's why I love fishing. Never know what you'll catch until you reeled it up is such an adrenaline rush
Great video! The first time I went fishing in Portland I caught a few small salmonids, a pikeminmow, yellow perch, and a big ass carp. Can’t wait to try some big river plunking. Looks like a good time!
Whenever I watch your videos guys, I know from the get go it's gonna be super interesting, I'm gonna learn new things and I'm gonna see guys having a blast and being positive. That's the best fishing channel.
Awesome video guys, its exiting just watching all the adrenaline that goes into landing one of those fish. Its my first season trying to fish for salmon and Ive learned so much from your videos. Thanks
What up homeboys! You fools are krazy kool....I need to take a road trip n hang, fish, drink and eat with you locos! BigOz out all the way from sunny hott SoCal ✌🎣🐟🍺
I remember my dad bowfishing by The Dalles Dam, smacked one of those carp from the bank. It was probably 60+ pounds and broke off the Dacron line, watched that carp swim all the way to the Washington side of the river, arrow bobbing up and down the whole way across.
You guys forgot to thank us Canadians for our work bringing this run of sockeye back to the Okanogan water shed .our Fraser river sockeye are non biters unlike these fish very impressive
Hooked and landed an 18# carp while fishing a Bassmaster event a few years back up by Beacon Rock on a plastic worm in some pretty heavy current... thought it was Mongo Bass for a minute.. lol.. Great video today guys.. keep it up..
Lol my dad took me steelhead fishing one time around 13yrs old I hooked into a monster on my ugly stick Mitchell 300, dad was excited "don't horse it , it's a salmon" lol I finally saw the orange hue in the water & that was it for that spot had to move on, dad didn't like feeding carp.😹
from Holyoke MA been watching a while and just been able to comment We have big carp on the CT river along with shad, striper, walleye big pike etc. Like it when you guys (however seldom) use a centre pin when fishing, especially for steelhead.
Catch them jigging for walleye in the river with crawlers or leeches once in awhile, caught them on spawn bags and caught a 42lb. Carp trolling for walleye with. Crankbaits. No B.S.
What a blast you all had. Heck I got so excited just watching I felt like I was there with you. Speaking about being there with you what's the deal to earn a spot on the walleye trip? Now that's a fishing trip I'd definitely love to be on.
I have been on the Columbia a few times but have never seen anyone fishing from shore. I have seen dudes in kayaks getting pulled around by kings though.
When I was a kid we lived on Jantzen Beach there was a cove we fished by the railroad Bridge and this old Hispanic lady would come down with a bobber and worms and slam big carp like that all the time

In Montana we call those carp, large-scale suckers. I snagged one when it swam through my line.
Awesome carp and sturgeon!
Catch a 9 inch bluegill today thought it was a monster trout
I like carp they are yummy. They are flakey and taste is like a mix between trout and bass but they have a lot of bones.

I fish the Great Lakes, mostly Lake Michigan tributaries in Wisconsin. How do you rig the spin and glows?
New name for the boat. Call it the great coholio.
