Hi I live Tillamook county by the Wilson and I fishing for chinook steelhead and I hope you get to read this because I am a big fan and it would be awesome if I went fishing with you guys I am only 14 and fishing is my hobby
Actually, I would like to see fishing from handicap accessible areas. Not all of us have the mobility or a boat to fish from. Plus equipment essential for living also needs to be carried.
I was born and raised in Washington state and I never took advantage of the fishing scene while I was there. Man, it really is some of the best fishing in the country, isn’t it?!
We want you to bank fish on a smaller river now, maybe try some rivers near Vancouver like Washougal (which I know is hard but N. Fork got some big summers) and like Lewis or Kalama on the shore.

I love it. People want bank fishing because they don't have boats. So y'all go to a bank that requires a boat to access lol!

It’s the Best way to fish this time of year if you want to be successful. Once the fish hit the tribs more we will have a ton more wading, hiking, and banking episodes.

Caught many sockeye when I lived in Alaska rivers in the ‘80’s flys. They were considered the best eating of all the salmon and good fighters. They always ran close to the bank so I was able to use a fly rod which increased the fun. Never caught them from a boat. Only caught Kings and Halibut from a boat. Living in S. Oregon now and fishing the Rogue but would love to come up N. to the

I used to agree with you about never catching a fish you didn’t like. But about 6 years ago I got sick just before heading up into the Wind River Wilderness. The one Lake I could get to only had Lake Chubs. After 5 days of only catching Lake Chubs, I decided there was one fish I didn’t like!

Ive never caught a walleye so I would love that trip. I’ve only ever had one walleye on fishing near Ft Drum, NY but it was huge and snapped my line. I specialize in ‘big fish that got away’ stories.
