  • Magnesium is an essential mineral/nutrient required for more than 600 enzymatic actions in our body. Magnesium levels are also tied closely with the activation of vitamin D. Magnesium is involved in smooth muscle relaxation, neuroprotection, innate arm modulation, gut microbiome modulation, and much more. Let's look at the role of magnesium and importance of its adequate levels in our body.

I have started supplementing Magnesium.. your seminar gave me much more information. Your channel is a VITAL information source.. thank you Dr. Been. My faith in the medical profession is at an all time low. I am now in my 60's and i see modern medicine as a massive money grabbing industry. You only get help and advice as long as you fork over bales full of dollars. As soon as your money is exhausted, the medical profession will not help you!! My friends are literally being sucked dry of their live savings and discarded. So.. your channel and your selfless advice, literally may be life saving. I am grateful for doctors like you.

Helpful hint: Magnesium is better absorbed by the body when taken with black pepper. (So just add black pepper to whatever your eating alongside your magnesium rich fruit and veg, or supplement, if that's where your getting your magnesium from! Or you could just do as I do and use black pepper on most, if not all cooked meals.)

Magnesium also helps mitigate the stress on our cells from emf’s and similar burdens. These burdens contribute to many symptoms on a cellular level. Getting a Good Relationship with Light and Nature is Essential. Magnesium is essential for Hormone D to function well they we produce from Cholesterol sulfate from the sun. We are Light, we make light in our mitochondria, we are Electric, Water Beings.

Thank you Dr. Been! Magnesium is so important and I believe most people are deficient. Farming practices can leach magnesium out of the soil, so the plants and animals we eat might be deficient.
When you ask your doctor to measure it, I suggest you ask for the measurement of magnesium in the red blood cells, not serum. (Ask for “RBC Mg”)
Magnesium is an intracellular ion, so measuring serum levels might not accurately reflect your true status.
It is, unfortunately, generally more expensive to measure RBC Mg.

So many important points, especially the Mg help for allowing D3 functions! And, smooth muscle dilation help, especially in brain for RBC flow improvement to help supply mitochondrial function IMHO. And, neuroexcitotoxic modulation!

What do you think of the use of magnesium oil? It is a good muscle rub. Great way to get the magnesium we need, without much risk of gut disturbance.
You can get magnesium chloride crystals and make your own. Here is the way to do it-
    1/2 cup Magnesium Chloride
    1/2 cup water
Heat water, remove from heat, dissolve salt
Let cool. Put in spray bottle
Maybe 10 sprays a day or to loose stool (usually takes a lot for bowel effects).
    Work up to it
Can put and leave on, or take a shower after 30-40 minutes.

Magnesium is absorbed through the skin so epsom salts and magnesium oil are great ways to get magnesium, especially for those who get diarrhea if they take Mg by mouth.

QQQ Mg threonate able to cross BBB much better than other forms?

    • @drironmom6815
      @drironmom6815 ปีที่แล้ว +2

My understanding is that magnesium-L-threonate crosses blood brain barrier and so would be expected to have a beneficial, (generally calming) effect on nerve cells. I believe it causes less diarrhea too.
