@Varieties Teck After holding down both the power button and the volume button, my phone is still stuck on 'Samsung Galaxy J6 secured by Knox powered by android screen. How long will it take for me to able to see my homescreen again and for my touchscreen to work again? You didn't mention that in the video. :/ Over 30 minutes now and still nothing.
