Scripts always so tight, how you managed to consistently put out this high-level of quality content is beyond me. A great year for you well done.
Thank you, have a great Christmas!
Absolutely. The standard of writing is top notch.
Plus the way he naturally speaks makes it even better
Bravo old chap
Of course, it is top-notch work ,this guy won the Tin Ujević award 9 years, running his contribution to Croatian poetry, which is beyond anything that has been achieved before or will again. This is a literal genius at work ! Of course, the scripts will be tight , please do not be a potato tonight. I can feel it growing in the ground tonight , oh lord, and I've been waiting for this potato for all my life, oh lord.
It’s impossible not to snort-chuckle every time I watch your videos. You’re such a brilliant writer.
The comedic timing, The script, The puns, The subtle dig at the Scuderia. *chef's kiss*
That BladeRunner reference was incredible. Top marks, Sir.
Considering the unique features of the Richard Mille RM 26-01, acquiring this timepiece involves a different approach than traditional watches. The RM 26-01 boasts a tourbillon movement, making it a rare and exquisite investment in the world of horology. Its limited production and intricate design suggest potential appreciation in value over time.
Absolutely, investing in luxury watches like the Richard Mille RM 26-01 requires a keen eye for craftsmanship and a long-term perspective. Beyond its timekeeping function, the exclusivity and brand reputation associated with Richard Mille can contribute to its value as a collectible item. Consulting with a watch expert or collector can help navigate the nuances of this unique investment.
I completely agree. At 55 years old and contemplating a significant watch investment, I've been eyeing the Richard Mille RM 26-01 as a potential addition to my collection. With the intricate features and limited availability, I recognize the need for expert advice in making such a purchase. Do you have any recommendations for a trustworthy watch advisor?
This aligns perfectly with my interest in expanding my watch collection. Could you share the contact information of your watch advisor for further guidance?
I've been working with "CHRIS RYAN STEWART." Their expertise in luxury watches, including Richard Mille, has been invaluable. He provided insights into market trends, authenticity checks, and potential future value. I highly recommend reaching out to him for a personalized consultation.
It's a pleasure to share insights. "Chris Ryan Stewart" has been instrumental in guiding me understand the nuances of luxury watches investments. I hope he can guide you and well.
Andrew and his sidekick remain two of the funniest and most entertaining guys on the tubes. I couldn't be happier to have discovered this channel this year. Cheers and happy holidays, mates.
Fantastic monologue and video! I was laughing out loud and held in amazement the entire time. Best vid of the year. Thank you and Happy New Year!
This script is amazing.
I'm far to fickle to be able to list my favourite watch of 2023 far less a top 10....but my favourite watch channel and youtuber is by miles yet again Andrew and thank you for another impeccably written eloquently delivered humorous and informative video, merry Xmas to you
Thanks Andrew for not only enlightening me with watches but also lightening the mood immeasurably with watch content!👏🏼👍🏼🤣🇦🇺
The best one of this year on the humour scale ! I was laughing the whole time ! Keep the good work going in 2024 ! 😁
As always a great and entertaining round up. It would be great to see you review the Christopher Ward C60 Atoll 300 Reef Blue. Having previously lusted after the Twelve, I’ve had my Atoll a week now and it’s a stunning watch!
Many thanks for all of your genre-leading work- have a fantastic Christmas and New Year!
OMG Andrew! How are you able to keep doing this. You out do yourself once again.
The Bladerunner, (my favorite movie by the way,) Roy Batty speech was epic. BRAVO SIR! Standing ovation.
Agree so hard! VERY clever! Also that Ferrari F1 reference.... chef's kiss.
Christopher Ward...."time to buy!"
@@ph8077 I did. I got the Purple 12. It's outstanding.
A civil engineer myself, I have moved in to finance. Thankfully you got in to watches and writing about them. Really nice play of words. Keep up the good work Andrew
You crack me up man. Love the list. Some really cool watches here. Thanks for everything and have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Thanks Andy! Love your videos. Merry Christmas!
Wow, your on fire for xmas, laughed so hard at some of this, have great xmas!
If someone takes a minute to appreciate the depths and layers and richness of your script writing & delivery, they'd be 🤯
You're really having fun doing what you're doing, and it shows!
@andrewmorgan @AMW
Yes! I absolutely think that “oysters taste like salty snot.” Thanks for a great year. 🥃
I think this is your best commentary ever! There were so many deep cut references. Every time I was about to comment on one, you hit me with another. As for your choices, I am happy to see Fears, Christopher Ward, and Studio Underd0g on your list. Cheers!
Thanks for sharing. Merry Christmas!
You always make me smile, not laugh, just smile. Happy Christmas. Looking forward to more smiles. 👍
Great Roy Batty quote rework, what a movie and another cracking video, happy new year 🎉
My daily is the Murakami Hublot. It's great because it's just subtle enough to be under the radar but has pops of color and a sapphire look that gives it a bit of a pop.
Love all these watches! Thanks for the vid. Happy Christmas!
The copy, er... the art, the wit, the deep command of popular culture, rock dry satire and encyclopaedic horologie makes all of your videos Andrew ... ALL OF THEM... something to behold. I raise my tequila shooter and toast AM... THE GOATEST
🐐
Funniest episode i can recall! Some very smart writing goes into this. Kudos to you, Andrew!
loved it ! thank you.
As usual, informative and hilarious! Merry Christmas Andrew!
A MASTERFUL, endearing, entertaining look at the year in watches!! 12.8/10
I would like to see Andrew do a whack-a-mole on what grinds his gears more often - it's riveting stuff. Merry Christmas
Wow, you are so good! You are the standard (pretty high at that) for watch videos!
I have heard of Simon Brette. And it’s my favorite watch of 2023 too! Followed by (the much more attainable!) CW 12. And I’ve never really been into Integrated Bracelet Sports Watches…until this CW.
Great content as always. I particularly enjoyed the play on the "Blade Runner" dialog. The "Godfather" reference on the other hand was look how they massacred My Boy. Keep them coming. Cheers, Jock
Brilliant dialogue. The Fears section was wonderful. Thank you !
Dude... Andrew... SO well written as always! Happy Xmas dude!
Am loving these countdowns Andrew 😊
Thank you!
This video is full of witty gems. Well done sir, well done.
I laughed the whole video. You angry angry man 😂😂. Merry Christmas! Please keep this level of banter forever!!!
This is what happens when all the words get along. One of your best bits of copy yet. Bravo.
Casio released the GWGB1000 this year which introduces bluetooth to the GWG1000 series watch. Essentially makes it a smart watch. Seriously underrated and an extremely cool release this year =).
The copy, er... the art, the wit, the deep command of popular culture, rock dry satire and encyclopaedic horologie makes all of your videos Andrew ... ALL OF THEM... something to behold. I raise my tequila shooter and toast AM... THE GOATEST Thanks!
Thank you very much, you’re too kind!
Best watch channel by a long way. Merry Christmas Andrew.
Thank you, you too!
You keep outdoing yourself with equally great humor and references! Roy Batty approves.
Watching this has made me yearn for sweets.
I’m gonna make a watch with a huge gob stopper case, strawberry boot laces for a strap, pez for applied indices, double dip sticks for hands, rolled up chewing gum for a mainspring, a chupa chup for a crown and popping candy sprinkled over a blackcurrant glacier fruit dial to go for the aventurine look. And a sherbet filled flying saucer for a moonphase complication.
That should do it
And love the Bladerunner reference!
Well done Andrew...Watches are the secondary...The well spoken one liners are priceless... And please don't take this personally..The Pentax Camera and well manicured hands are preferable..Thank You.
I have the original legends diver (bronze, no date), and I find the lugs to work perfectly because they curve around my wrist perfectly. I could see there being an issue if you have a bigger wrist than I do, or a smaller one, but for those with the perfect size, it is a comfortable watch.
Happy Christmas Andrew! I kinda wish the old WF style back with the legend background music
Merry Christmas mate
My watch of 2023 is probably the full gold gmt2 jubilee… also the Tudor burgundy number on the Tudor jubilee… oh and the Cartier with the plane as a rotor!!! 🎉
Predicting Underd0g field watch. Edit: I was wrong, I learned I am very special and this was some of Andrew's best writting ever.
Great wrap up
Awesome content as always! Quick typo fix: timestamp title reads Tudor Legend Diver instead of Longines Legend Diver :)
Great and bold choices dear Replicant...
For me:
1- MB&F × Moser Pandamonium
2- Christopher C1 Ward BelCanto Azzuro
3- Tudor BB54
4- Radcliffe Le Dôme Purple (!)
5- Frederique Constant Highlife Wordtimer with brown dial
6- Atowak Tarantula red
7- Studio Underd0g serie 2 Pink limonade
8- Boldr Vogelkop Superb ultrablack
9- Omega Aquaterra summer blue edition
10- Longines Legend Diver 39mm
I can listen to you for hours. No matter what about..
Andrew, have you read the sci fi - “the moat in gods eye”?
Not too long. An oldie. Good one👌🏻
12:10 "Did the Ferrari F1 strategy team make the wrong call...." Comedy gold!
Not only is your writing razor - sharp, you also have a fabulous voice. ❤
The performance was tighter than Tom's wallet. Bravo, Sir, bravo.
Merry Christmas and a watch laden New Year
Bladerunner nod was next level
Laughed a lot there. Merry Christmas you. 😂
Beautiful Watches..One and All..or something like that anyway 😂 nice Watches Andy.. VERY!.
Before you close the garage door and start up the car 😂 Only Andrew can open Best Watches with a Hublot. Hope Nico editor picks this one up for his next reaction video.
It’s kinda weird to offer a standing ovation to a TH-cam video, but with some of Andrew’s videos it is the only appropriate response. Sheesh that was good, bruh.
Thanks very much, I really appreciate that 😊
3:41 That's a good looking watch. Me likey.
Congratulations on your Tin Ujević Award , Croatia loves you, big man, always huv n always will.
So on-point, we're gonna need a smaller bullseye for you to regularly hit. *Bravo* .
The Simon Brette is heartbreakingly beautiful !!! Heartbreaking because I can never own one.
🤣🤣🤣Another fantastic episode there! Cannot fault any of those top watches….. And cannot agree enough with your watch of the year. It’s a fantastic watch, but sadly unlikely to be seen in the wild due to the horrendous waiting times. Let’s see what 2024 can bring! 😱😱😱
“The shame of the eta 2824” eh? Probably the greatest movement ever made.
The puns in this video/list is THE best thing in the watch world for 2023
But Andrew, you forgot the PRX Digital!? 😂
😂 Are you feeling alright?
You had me at "feels more scandalously right than farting in the bath". You are of course wrong with your top pick but hey, I got nothing for you.... Well done for a year of making us smile.
For me the best watch of the year is the Black Bay 54
Such an universal masterpiece
I like the Longinnes and the Christopher Ward out of these. Even if I had the money, I wouldn't bother with the others. I enjoyed the video more than the watches.
The Best Top Ten Best Watches of 2023. Bravo, Andrew, bravo.
The Best Most Top 10 Watches Of Topty Topty Three?
Do a (best watch from every brand)
I had the Twelve Ti and had to return it due to the shape of the butterfly clasp leaving pressure points and bruising on my wrist after being worn for an hour and it gutted me having to do that 😞. I’m now seeing how good CW are going to be on the 60/60 warranty but so far it’s not going well which is souring things slightly as I have a Bel Canto on order too.
Funny how no one is curious, about this👆 please elaborate on the money back process?🤷♂️
@@wonderwatch2239 They have been great about it now actually and gave me a full refund today. I think the popularity of the Twelve has overwhelmed them a bit so initially the return path was a bit disappointing but then they acted quickly and fully professionally so their support is very good indeed especially as the watch industry doesn’t have a great reputation for customer support making them stand out as excellent so far as I have seen.
It’s very important during the initial process to only wear the watch for fit and if it’s “no likely” photograph all parts of it,complete the online return, package very well and then return the watch ASAP. I waited a bit too long to do this, leading to more issues as you shouldn’t be wearing it of course. Unfortunately for me the issue didn’t show itself until I had it on for about an hour but it was in the same condition returned as I received it but obviously the delay probably made it seem like I had worn it for near two months before sending it back which I hadn’t as I had got an Explorer 1 which I was wearing during that time.
The horological Roy Batty👍
You got it 😮
I was about go comment that all these choices are not my cup of tea, to put it politely, but the Christopher Ward and the Longines saved it for me - thank you, Andrew 🙏
Are you on a list for the OP Celebration? Because it sounds like you should be. Can’t let Charlotte run the OP show at the Morgan house.
Love the Skipper. Love the Fears as well- CRACKING watch. Then I saw the price. Thats a tough pill to swallow for a microbrand with an ETA movement.
Bulova Milships……can get it on holiday special for $500. History (not fulfilled) and fun!
New Breitling Avenger Chronograph for me!
Showing your age there andrew, mentioning skippy, now ive got that poxy song in my head,,skippy, skippy, skippy the bush kangaroo... LoL
The Blade Runner tribute was worth watching by itself. The Longines legend diver is my favorite of the bunch. There ought to be some way of putting a date on the thing without it looking stupid...
again another great video that i didnt understand a single sentence.😂
You know you’re a sci-fi nerd when you recognise that speech about those C-beams...
Ugh, that celebration dial belongs more on a Swatch. On the other hand, I am wearing my CW Twelve Ti, fresh back from CW due to unacceptable accuracy for a COSC certified movement. It now appears to be within tolerance, but not by much.
I could see one of the Kardashians with that Hublot. It hurts my brain to imagine which one.
A TAG at £5000 wow 😮 the world has gone NUTS
Monaco has left the chat…
Ah... replecant lover are we? 😂 nicely done
It's fun to catch the jokes you throw out while keeping a serious tone of voice and face 😂
“…Fireworks in your eye” and “then you see” in one sentence ? :)
That Simon Brette watch though . . .
!!! got blade runner in 🥰
Casio MTG B3000 Aurora
I'm so upset on missing the new Underd0g watches :(
That rubber remark absolutely ended me 💀
Don’t get the studio underdog? It’s a cheap seagull watch with a colourful dial. You can pick up better watches for a third of the price.
Well done Tag Heuer!!
