Pushing the food to their throat/stomach and making them eat the food when hungry has a difference. Let them allow to do the latter one, which will help them to be independent.
В неволе птицы не страдают от голода или жажды, не замерзают и не боятся хищников. Кроме того, некоторые люди позволяют им размножаться(простыми словами если б не люди, именно этих птиц на видео бы вообще не существовало. Лучше жить в неволе, чем не жить вообще). Но я категорически против ловли и запирания в клетку диких птиц. Мне тяжело понять как можно любить птиц но при этом истреблять их. Поймать и не дать размножаться или же убить, это ведь почти одно и тоже. Со временем ведь совсем певчих птиц не останется.

These birds can never be let go, they are too dependent on you and the way you feed them. They will die without the particular way you feed them, they think that is where food comes from but outside, it is definitely not dropped in the mouth. You keep feeding them this way at too old an age I think.

They’re babies. You only hand feed them until a certain age and then they start eating in their own. But regardless, these aren’t wild birds.
