  • This is a chick born to a pair of new parents. Because the parents are completely inexperienced, the chick died. Although they reached out to help, the chick died because the parents did not feed for a long time, resulting in weak physical strength.😥

      @@EvangelineHawksley I feel like this snarky comment doesn’t deserve energy BUT -
      Your decision to write that and hit send is an example of why nature is more beautiful than some of humanity.
      There was no reason to say what you did at all except to be ugly on purpose. Bad idea.
      That was an observation on my part and I’m a natural healer, rescue & rehab wildlife and domestic animals. I spend my days intentionally healing and helping sick people and animals and that’s my life.
      How bout you? Just going on videos and saying rude and unnecessary comments?
      Absolutely not worth my energy but thought I’d “enlighten” you.
      Edit: I’m also a water cremation mortician and studied funeral science. So I also deal with grieving & the dead.
      Am I human? Very much so- and I do learn every single day from nature..

      @@kelleymcclain7380 Your comment was snarky. "Humans have so much to learn" like you are not one of us. Like you are on a pedestal above us all. Instead of saying what you did, you could have said "WE have so much to learn as a species...not just Humans have so much to learn. So I replied with a snarky comment too. A nature healer....yeah okay, so because of all that you think you are better than everyone else. Us, humans, cant ever get to your lvl. I do not care what you are. In the future, for the really weak ones, it's really helpful to feed a mix of karo syrup (corn syrup) or sugar, and water. About 1/4 cup of karo to 1 cup of water, with a pinch of salt for the first meal or two, fed with a paint brush. If you try to feed a dehydrated bird food, it's tummy won't push the food through. Thinner food for weak babies, and tiny bites. Better luck with the next one.

    • @kiddfaith4397
      @kiddfaith4397 2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      That makes a lot of sense. I’ve seen a sugar solution used on a lot of vet shows to give baby animals the energy to start eating.

    • @eagleseye4396
      @eagleseye4396 2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Yes, right. Actually, the cause of the chick's death was because he tried to overfeed it with a huge amount of food in the chick's mouth which led to the blockage of its air passage. I'm a finch breeder myself, and I would see the parents feed the newly hatched chicks with just little crushed seeds with lots of liquids out of the parents' crops. I think he just tried to revive it which is a thumb up. Next time, try to mix the feed formula with a little bit more water and just give the chicks just a little from time to time until their crops get ready to receive more.

    So many comments that he's being to rough 🙄. This little chick is so tiny & he's being as gentle as possible. If there was a camera in the chick's natural habitat, everyone would be yelling at it's mother to be gentle. It would be raining on the chicks, the mother would be stepping all over them, & sometimes if one is sick, the mother will just leave it to die. How's that for gentle? Everyone is so over sensitive about everything. He obviously knows what he's doing & is doing his best to be gentle......

    • @sseg.9565

      I don't think so. As the yolk hasn't been absorbed yet you're supposed to wait 2 days or so to begin feeding it.

    how many time to need feeding them about 1 day old zebra finch? Pls reply

    • @NissanTseng
      @NissanTseng  หลายเดือนก่อน

      For zebra finch babies that are 1 day old, the feeding interval is about 2 to 3 hours. As they get older, after 5 days of age, they can be fed at intervals of 4 to 5 hours.🥰

  • @pinkmarshmallow666
    @pinkmarshmallow666 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    I believe that the baby bird doesn't need food shortly after hatching. It can get nutrition from the remaining egg yolk that it has absorbed before hatching.. don't force it to eat like that🥲 what they really need is heat.

    As a multi pet owner I was sad my finches would not have babies. The finches price has gone up at pet stores. I rescued my Finches and always worry after years when they pass of ol' age, and yes they get a yearly checkup up as do my Parakeet and Cockatiel.

    Q pena más grande. Un bebé desde el momento q sale ,si los padres no alimentan . Teniéndolos en incubadora muy calientes . Habré la boca y comen asombrosamente. E sacado muuuuuchismos. Y alguno hasta medio helado. Y están todos logrados. Como repito estas cosas se graban y se sigue un seguimiento. Y si es logrado pues se cuelga un vídeo de su ,crecimiento desde el primer día. Hay personas muy sensibles y esta clase de videos hacen daño y no es de buen gusto ver. Hay q tener un poco más de corazón ..no colgar esta clase de cosas. 😡

    Have an experienced person help you. You do not know how to revive a weak bird. They need heat first of all. Then a dropper with liquid food for Passerine birds, don't make up stuff that is wrong. You can drown a baby by feeding wrong way. This was hard to watch. It upset me with your lack of knowledge.
