I never rode the PCC or the route 15, but because I'm more of a Kawasaki fan, I do find it fascinating to see one on the Route 15. I would love to ride the route 15 on the Kawasaki.
looks like it. in this video, there seem to be some k cars on the 15, too. there aren't many pccs and maybe they needed some extra rolling stock when this was filmed. personally, I've never seen a k car on the 15 (some had signs saying 15 in the video)

I'd never saw the Kawasaki trolley on Girard Avenue, only on Lancaster, Lansdowne Ave, Rte 11,13, 34, 36, that's it besides others on Suburban side!!!

Alden yea they obviously don’t have an unlimited supply of PCCs. If they need another car to add or fill-in, it’s gonna be a modern Kawasaki one.

Yes.
When they were rebuilt in 2003, they added wheelchair lifts, HVAC and turn signals.
