I love your slow flow and hold classes Erin. Please can we have a new one? Thank you so much. I have been practicing with you, since the beginning of the pandemic 4 plus years. ❤

I finally got to practice this routine this morning. It’s fast paced and challenging, especially poses like chair pose and half moon. I took plenty of modifications. You are a great instructor. I like your matter of fact style of teaching, no music, minimal talking, and great flow. Thank you. I am doing one of your wrist free classes in a day or two.

Thank you so much for this practice, while holding the postures ( oh dear, the sideplank...) I was wondering how you still were able to keep on talking and guiding us through the practice. Love, E-C ❤🙏🏼

This is my new favorite channel. I’ve been feeling like I’ve hit a plateau in my practice and these flows are the more advanced flows that I’ve been looking for. Not to mention they’re all set in beautiful locations!

Hi Erin. I want you to know that you with your videos make a difference. For people like me who deal with a lot (illness and just a lot of baggage to carry in life) this helps me to at least have a chance to see some light in certain/many days. I thank you for this and want you to know this.
I like your videos since they are real, authentic, and without any narcissism. Some have million of subscribers, but sell their soul for it. I say fuck views and subs, its the depth that counts.
    Namaste sister.
    One love.

Erin, I absolutely adored this practice! It brought me back to 30 years ago, when I was first learning yoga in the Iyengar style. This flow was not exactly like Iyengar, but the chance to sink deeply into the poses had that same flavor. I really appreciated being able to stay in the poses and really feel the sensations, and all of the minor adjustments the body makes as it seeks equilibrium.
Thank you so much for this lovely practice. I had an interesting day yesterday, a very wonderful culmination of something I have worked very hard for, for 9 months. Then something extremely unpleasant and challenging to deal with later in the day. Two completely different, contrasting things, and all of the associated emotions that came with it. Happily, I got resolution this morning on the challenging thing, and all is well again! This practice this morning helped me to bring in the joy again, and now I am back to reveling in my successful completion of my 9 month studies.
Thank you, as always for your dedication in presenting these wonderful yoga practices for your community. It is truly appreciated!
    Namaste

Erin, wow! Thank you so much for this, what a great class. Hellooooo shaky legs! I’ve become borderline obsessed with your channel so I’ve been doing one of your classes just about every day for the last couple of weeks. While I’ve gotten much stronger already, the challenge of this class proved I still have a ways to go. Thanks for all of these classes, you’ve helped me stick with a practice that started out as an experiment of how I would feel if I just did yoga for a week instead of my other workouts. Yoga has had such a profoundly positive effect on my body and mind, I still can’t believe it sometimes! P.S - lol @ the monkeys!
