As per my personal experience..for the first time it may be a little confusing to understand the JR lines and others maybe a little convenient to use in the 2nd round..Also it is better when we are using the route more than once otherwise it's a little expensive..
Hi. I am planning to travel to Japan in July with my wife. I have valid 10 year US visa. However my wife is a homemaker. Do I need to apply for her application separately from me? If yes, then what should I show as her source of funds for this trip? Also, I have only one year of latest ITR. Will form 16 for previous years work along with the ITR for last year?
Hi..sorry to say i am not a professional visa person I am just a traveller..so i cannot guide on this..please check online..also for form 16 I think it should work its like either ITR or Form 16

If you’re unemployed and planning a trip to Japan, you can still apply for a tourist visa. Here are some tips on how to do so: 1. Make a Cover Letter: a) Write a cover letter explaining your situation. Mention why you are currently unemployed (e.g., housewife/husband, recent resignation, contract ending) and your intention to travel for tourism. b) Clarify the source of your funds (savings, sponsor, etc.). If you plan to take a sabbatical leave, highlight your travel history and assure the embassy that you’ll return to your home country. 2. Prove Financial Capability: a) Since you don’t have work, demonstrate that you have sufficient funds for your trip. Show your savings and their origin. b) If you lack personal funds, consider getting a sponsor like your parents. c) Your sponsor will need to provide financial documents, a Guarantee or Sponsorship Letter (as per embassy format), and proof of relationship (e.g. birth certificate). 3. Gather Complete Documents: a) Check the specific requirements for the Tourist Visa Application. b) If you’re missing bank statements or a bank certificate, explain why in your cover letter. c) Remember that the purpose of your visit should be tourism, not work or permanent residence. Regarding sponsorship by parents, it’s possible if they are willing to support your trip financially. Ensure you provide the necessary documentation to prove their financial capability. Safe travels!
Thanku Manya...we had booked actual flight even before getting visa.. taking risk..but had taken cancellation insurance..the ticket fare is expensive and to save cost I found out there are options that you can use dummy tickets..so analyse the risk capacity..and go accordingly that would be by suggestion.
Dummy tickets are acceptable in japan visa because i have also got my japan visa with dummy flight ticket even my friends used the same so don't worry about that😊
@aajtaklive8893 something which is not mentioned on the Japan Embassy website. I gave a 1-year ITR + 6-month bank statement and got the visa. No questions asked by vfs guys.
Thank you so much! You're really lucky you got multiple entry, that too for five years! WOW!

you need to travel within a month after receiving the visa
@@snehajainThe1 Are you sure about this? IMO, you get 90 days validity with 15 days stay for a single entry by default.
