If we got sombody there in japan and apply for visit visa the sponcership letter and cover letter is the same
@@mathangus no both are different. You will have to attach a sponsorship letter along with a cover letter. You also have mentioned in the cover letter that you have been sponsored and the sponsorship letter is attached.

@@entigi1784 your balance should be almost double than your expenses pn trip. This much balance is ok only if you have booked the tickets and hotels also.... But if you have still haven't purchased tickets, then this balance is a bit low

@@amit-qr8vz yes no matter what, bank statement will be shown of your wife and yours too. In the cover letter, you can mention about her being a housewife and expenses.
You also have to provide a sponsorship letter.

Mam i am working in bank private sector and i have all docs like bank balance , ITR , salary slips but NOC is very difficult to get. So pls guide for NOC from employer , will i apply visa without submit NOC from my employer
@@arunverma7417 noc is no objection certificate from employer, did you request them to give? Do you have a Leave letter? Any written document from employer is valid for visa, it has to show that you will come back to your homeland and you have job and other things.

@@aarushitravels no but before that my income didn't qualify for the IT return, I mean it was under 0% tax slab, so didn't file ITR as it wasn't mandatory. Since last 2 years I have been filing ITR.

@@preetibahuguna7906 fees to be paid at VFS on appointment. You can pay either by cash or card. If there is an online payment option while booking appointment, you can check that as well

@@pratheeshm400 ITR is a must usually and just in case if you don't have some specific reason... You need to give the embassy a detailed letter explaining the reason for not filing ITR
