I was a liberal in highschool back in 1970s . But liberal was a very different thing then. Looking back still naive but we still LOVED the USA . and we put the USA first.
@@nunyalastname-ej8vl Well and everyone used to cooperate a lot better. Heck, if you look at what JFK's approval ratings were, they were between 75 and high 60s (after the Bay of Pigs). What that means if folks who didn't vote for him, or entirely agree with him, still approved of the job he was doing. Today, approval ratings seem like they are usually split right along party lines. Low information voters, and media has a good bit to do with that I would think.

Maher is still definitely a liberal but he is at least able to see some of the ridiculous things that are happening, such as men in women’s sports/spaces, men can have babies, etc. He’s more a Democrat as they used to be but is not a conservative.

Christians are usually conservative republicans that love the Jewish people, because we recognize and honor that we are both members of the same family tree. Christians have been grafted on to this tree by covenant thru Jesus The Messiah's blood.
Do any of these people know what Black September was, an event that happened back in 1971? Do they know the result of that insurrection/attack on the Jordanian Monarchy? The PLO and millions of supporters in Jordan attempted to overthrow the Jordanian Monarchy and lost horribly. Between 1984 and 1991 3.5 million supporters of the PLO were driven out of Jordan, into Lebanon, the Golan heights, Judea and Sumaria. Lebanon subsequently kicked them out of Lebanon, into what is now called Gaza. The children of these PLO supporters are the ones that now inhabit Gaza, the West Bank, etc. They aren't Palestinians, they hail from Jordan, not Palestine. Conversely, the Israelis have been in Palestine for over 4,000 years. Do a little research, read some actual truth in history. By the way, this information is readily available on Google, arguably the farthest left information platform in existence. Look up Black September.

My dad was a republican and all he ever wanted was for people to work and do a days job for days wages. All he always wanted was for government to stay out of his life telling him what to do when to do it and because we had a small business they told him what he could charge customers. He was told what to pay his employees because of unions but when he wanted to give somebody a promotion up into a manager position and they would make more the unionwouldn’t let him. In so many ways the government and the union held down the employees.
