SV saying people should make the content was always a cop out to them making a game and let them push off features that should have been at launch. The lottery system they added looks to be the laziest game implementation I have ever seen. What happened to board games you can play with other players in their taverns in town?
I think they should add some taverns alongside the roads, with a couple of tasks masters. If they add them as TC placeble structures this will be easily exploited by guilds, placing taverns nearest as possible to the most valuable tasks and farming them h24, monopolizing all.
This looks good. For my own selfishness, I would ask Clothos mobs be removed or deprioritized in Mohki and things like Satyrs, Prowlers, et al be added.

One of Henriks biggest blunders of MO2 was making a map 10x the size of the first game, without the population to fill it. He was hoping for an infinite amount of people when the game couldn’t handle 1500. You make the map bigger when you have the pop to fill it not the other way around. Should have stuck to being a trust fund baby instead of larping as a game designer. This game is riddled with RMT. So what’s SV going to do to combat it? Bring in gambling, which will drive RMT more. They should be working only on QOL, optimization, and fixing TC which no one likes. Wolfy stop carrying water, SV only fixes things when it’s brought to the open. As this game stands now. It is very janky, clunky, easily exploited, with little to no quality of life and the poorest optimization.
For me his biggest blunder was when he had over 100k players wish list the game on Steam just before launch. Knowing full well his server only held 1200 and at the same time taking 3 weeks to add alt servers. 48 hour queues no afk kick system and people spending weeks stuck in Haven. It was the worst launch I've ever seen and it was all preventable. Lets hope he finally learns something and Exodus will be better.

1.In every dungeon mobs should drop keys to open all lotables, to prevent cheaters opening all the urns. Also prevents ratting running around naked looting boxes. 2. There is not mutch to do if your not living in the big cities PVP wise. 3. Farming takes way too long for end game gear. ... dont get me started on wood cutting for a new house. theres way more stuff the game needs to add and fix but I CBA. Game is kinda dead to me maybe ill come back in a year or so when SV gets a good kick in its ASS

The whole concept of "Oh its a sandbox so people should make their own content" has always been lame imo. Theres no reason it cant be both a sandbox and have quest driven activities. The more things to do (or not do if you choose) the better. Plus that whole thesis went out the window when they added clade point grinding, may as well yolo at this point.
They need to just stop breaking their game. And pandering to streamer thursars and Veelas. This last patch they effectively broke taming utterly and completely.
I disagree that task should not give gold i mean first of all its a meager 10-16 gold for many level 3-4 task ( kill 5-10 risar ) in my case, so with on average make between 20-50g per run every 30 min. Thats not even near what people can make per hour if you try hard enough. But its easy money for those like myself to keep myself floating and get gear. If your concern is RMT then i suggest you find those websites that offer and start working on the people offering said trades. Don’t mess with the in game economy because outside factors are exploiting it. Taverns as TC structures should only be possible at a certain distance from towns and away from major objectives like camps etc. PS: Geh schlafen Mann 😂
Do not change travel. For the first time since wow original. you actually have to travel and explore. Change tasks fine. Not travel!!!!! Also fix that when multiple people hit a mob and cause damage for task every one gets a count for that.
If the players are meant to make the entertaining content then why are we charged so much per month to basically do the job of npcs to make the experience fun for enemy players? This design philosophy doesn't make sense. You have to grind hard on various pretty boring gold earning loops and the excitement is supposed to come from what, getting picked off by various high level mounted archer or pet players while travelling? And the end goal is just to become one of these predatory pvpers who kills noobs who are trying to earn their way to that goal. The one thing that can maybe redeem this is guilds but its again just the same thing in a group. You play as the npc cannon fodder for other guilds until you can afford to fight them and then the game gets interesting, but by that time you've already paid like $90 to access an experience that you could get better from other games that are not a subscription model.

Well the content certainly shouldn't be generic like most MMOs. Generic NPCs are very unimmersive.
