Simply because your other options upon entry are useless. The incoming character may not have an attack or super they can use in the air. Even if they do, 13 times out of 10, it's going to get stuffed by a normal.
I actually got the sense he is talking about Thrillahs mannerisms. Peeps like Khaos, Pasadena, and Wong are equal or greater (every dog has his day, after all) but they're really cool down to earth. Thrillah is but not always. @JFREZH
