guys do not panic if you are stuck in boot loop like if it is more than 10 min it is bootloop so , i did stuck in boot loop in the the first method so as a veteran i thought this might be issue with data so i gone into recovery and wiped everything from there and i booted so if anyone stuck like me do this

Any idea what the problem might be? Motherboard issue? I did drop my phone on the floor around 15 minutes before the phone went to Qualcomm crashdump mode screen.

same happened to me try turning it off (volume up+power button) press volume up + volume - and connect it to the pc but the thing is you cant release those buttons while the phone is connected to the pc.... if so it will go to qualcom crashdump again

actually crash dump is hardware issue, you need to get your Ram rebolled. to do this you have to give handset to well skilled technician.
