Hi Gaz, I was going to say Eco Boom, by the look of that lump more like Eco Bang !!!, Honestly , I'm gutted for Cody and your self doing the repair, looking for a new engine now. It's shame that Ford didn't use a timing chain instead of wet belt , like Roy said rubber and oil don't mix and Ford should have know better. These 1.0 litre engines have ether 99 or 120 bhp fitted to Focus , Mondeo, little petrol Transit Connect as well finding an Eco engine should be easy to get from the scrap yard there is a good scrap yard in Ruabon cross the road from Travis Perkins. Thank Gaz another great video, it looks like someone spent a lot of time and money and did not know what they were doing. I hope you can find another engine OK, do you think that was the original crang? or was it one from a non-turbo.

@RobsSierraCosworth it was the original crank mate and I still don't know what the root causes of the problem thanks the camera work was not the best
