What do you mean? I’m watching to see how someone from an eating disorder can recover this is not a Ed glamorized type video it helps others to see how other people wither acting disorders recovered/ overcame
I have been traumatised by hospitslisation abd tube feeding, which I underwent several times. I'm 40 and have been anorexic since age 13, so most of my life. I never recovered and underwent many cycles of refeeding syndrome. I have lost hope. I also fell into a coma last year and nearly died. I have a TH-cam channel too and I'd love for you to hace a look at it. ❤❤
Hi Abby, I'm sorry to hear you have had the ed most of your life. It's never too late to heal. I've come a long way since i made this video and there is a lot I have learnt. One is the realisation that you are in control of your life and can choose to change at any point, another is that I had no energy to think clearly when i was underweight and I held on to a story or self pity and lack of worthiness because I was afraid to take responsibility and change. You are worthy of a better life. I checked out your channel, nice to see you have shared your experiences.
I'm rn in hospital with anorexia and I was wondering if you had to eat 3 large meals along with 3 fortsip or enurse plus shakes a day as snacks and for how long If you where in bed rest and for how long Sorry for so many questions I'm scared rn and these are things I have to do I just wanna know if others did the same ty
Hi Lilly, thanks for your comment. Yes I did have to eat 6 times a day while in hospital, it was not easy but it was not that bad and I got my freedom back once I stopped fighting in my mind. I understand it’s hard and hospitals are not fun but it gets better if don’t make it worse. I trust you’ll be okay, if you do want support though I’m here 😊
