Would I Lie To You is a British comedy panel show hosted by Rob Brydon with team captains David Mitchell and Lee Mack. Teammates must remain poker-faced while revealing personal stories previously known only to their closest confidantes, being put through their paces in a quick-fire lies round, and explaining their real or invented relationship with a mystery studio guest - all with the ultimate aim of discerning the truth from the fiction.

So I’ve been watching a bunch of these British “game shows” during quarantine, and it’s just come to be that the whole of the UK only has like 12 celebrities. It’s the same people over and over and over.
well they do have regulars, but yes we have few celebrities. 12 was a good guess, but in fact it's closer to 11.

If you consider them to be 'British' programmes as opposed to English programmes and the panel to consist of performers from the 'UK' it just magnifies the fact that you haven't viewed WILTY enough times to see a plethora of performers from Scotland, Wales, England, Ireland, Canada, Germany, etc and you do not know the definition of both British and UK... rather than whinge like a gormless gobshite just do not view the programmes that you do not enjoy for their entertainment purposes... problem solved...cor blimey

@@SaturatedCat no... watch teh full episode. when the little mullet man tells his 'this is my' story about the bloke being a paranormal researcher lee lights into mullet man with contempt. the crowd chuckles to pass the tension but little mullet man was visibly hurt.
i don't have social skills and even I could see that. was it the paranormal shunning or was it directected at this man particularly? it seemed like it was personal because others have come on with more outlandish claims and lee laughed it all off.3
