What I love about Lee Mack is that he makes so many jokes about him being a horrible parent, not allowed to see his kids etc, but the one time he has done something that upset his daughter, he is deeply ashamed.
What I like most about that story is that it's the only time Lee drove David to the depths of madness that normally only Bob Mortimer has the ability to reach.
The son of a friend of mine really hated "Hoppe Hoppe Reiter", a classic German children's song, when he was a baby. You started singing the first line and he would burst into tears.
