HH and EE, I remember when you originally found these in another one of your videos some time ago. Such a fantastic discovery, plus i am glad you guys have decided to go back and save these pieces of history. Very rare to find so many in such great condition. Take care guys.
Absolutely mind boggling discovery, the condition of those fuse box,es is breathtaking. Those perfectly preserved labels with German text were the icing on the cake.👍👍
I remember when you found this sight , the awesome finds makes you wounder what the need for so many fuses was a large battle , Thank for keeping our History alive HH AND EE
Yet another spectacular find by Eagle Eye's and History Hunter, backlights. An fuses holders with original German writing on labels still intact 75 to 80 years old.
Hi HH$EE, I do remember when you originally found these in another of your videos some time ago. Such a fantastic discovery and still in very good condition.
HH, great follow-up video. For those wondering what the Bakelite container says, Zünderbüchse means ignition box. Great job, EE, on the find. The number of labels intact is incredible. Again, well done, both of you. Stay well and safe out there.
Rainy cool day here. Just what I needed. 2nd trip was needed for sure. Very interesting site. Shadowboxes look amazing. Excellent find EE as usual . What a stash. You have your work cut out for you, HH & EE. A rare find with the German paperwork/labels. Good job. Thanks for taking us. ❤❤ hugs
Fantastic finds but be careful not to brake or damage the bakelite pieces they are likely to contain asbestos. However asbestos in the bakelite is only dangerous if it's damaged and therefore likely to release fibres into the atmosphere.
Well worth the trip back, such a great find EE on both trips. It was amazing to find the case for the 88mm fuse. Thank you and EE for returning and sharing this with us, unbelievable how well preserved they are after almost 80 years. Stay safe and keep smiling. 😊
This channel is so good! As you know we are few days away from the 85th anniversary of the start of the war. Thank you for all you have done to keep this pivotal time in history alive. Sadly I don’t think people these days realize how important this war was
Hey My Friends . Whenever I Explore . I never use a Compass or GPS . I may look at a map of the Area depending on the Terrain . Only for reference . As if I only have a few hours or a day or two of camping . Then I pick a direction and go . I never return using the same direction . Just Use visual points like Sun , Moon , Stars Like You and Mountain Tops . If you follow the Mountain Tops . They are constantly changing . So keep one eye on them always . I do not know how people get lost . I always remember where I came from . Earth , Study the Globe . You will always Find Your Way Home . Love You ! Hunters and Hunters Team ! You share so much . Thanks
Nice that you guys went back to that place where EE found all those cases!! WTG on finding the place again EE!!! I just can't believe they were all put there in the first place. Nice that you guys are preserving them too. Magnet fishing maybe next???? Thanks for sharing.
Very cool you went back to Eagle Eyes find of the year and even better he sent me one! Hope things are well with you both. Blessings from Mike & Matthew
Had to laugh when you said you hadn't done a GPS of the site the last time you were there. Really are some remarkable finds there. Hard to believe some of those paper labels were in such good shape. Really have to wonder why all of that was dumped there? Acquired one of the Bakelite 88mm fuse containers several years ago. The igniter & gain fuse box you sent me from when Eagle Eyes first found them is in a display case on one of the shelves of a bookcase with books about WWII. Still so appreciate you sending that to me!
Well sometimes we are so excited that we forget stuff like that :9 We are honored that you have a great piece of history with you. We do share history in a very special way my friend. Greetings from us :)
So cool that you found that amazing location again. EE deserves all the praise in the world for finding that hidden treasure the first time. That was just a mind numbing find. And it is still incredible how many of those Gain tins were thrown under that rock so many years ago by persons unknown. And it still amazes to see that the labels have lasted on some of them. That in itself is remarkable to say the least. Just love the bakelite finds, the Gain holders, and the especially the fuse holders, they are just stunning and beautiful, rare finds. It seems obvious that sometime after the war, someone, probably German POW's, were set the task of emptying the Gains out of their tins, probably so they could be disposed of, and they just threw the empty tins under the rock as they did it. I can imagine them just sitting there, on the rocks, chatting about home and family, breaking up the ammo boxes for fire wood, throwing the Gains into a canvas bag, and just tossing the tins aside as rubbish. And decades upon decades later, our amazing Histroy Hunter team, finds them just as they were. Just an amazing, and unique find. Kudos to both of you, and thank you for going back and sharing this incredible find with us again! Cheers to you both! Stay safe!
I was wondering how many of these containers you took last time. This is evidently not a trash pile because it seems to only contain these. I wonder if there was a storage area near this and the containers were discarded there as they were used. More WW2 history to be shared with your supporters.
Man!!!! How amazingly AWESOME!!!! I so want one of those and one of the coffee cups one day 😊 and shoot…. I’d be opening up every single one of those things. How cool it would be to find something like money or gold or something like that, that maybe a soldier stashed in one and then it just got tossed aside and forgotten about. 😂 And one of those metal fuse boxes with the 5 rounded holes in what looks like a wood insert…. That would make an AWESOME cigar display stand in a humidor!!!!
Wowzer!!!!! Couldn't believe how many treasures you found this time, EE. You sure can get into small places. The original old Deutsch writing is fascinating. Probably even more war artifacts to be discovered. Another interesting WW2 History Hunter video. Stay safe and healthy. ❤❤
Pretty cool find! I spent a lot of my childhood around WW2 warbirds where my dad helped restore them. Next time you are metal detecting a crash site , one of your goals should be to obtain un-faded paint samples from the wreckage. They are unbelievably valuable because German warbirds used so many odd colors and no-one saved examples and they are needed for museums, movies, restorations, ect. Just save them in a cool dry place out of any light, with as much data as you can find on plane type, year and location of crash and anything else that you think could narrow down the exact plane so future historians will have correct info. You would be shocked if you knew how many paint schemes are fake or inaccurate due to lack of information. Any paint left in the sun fades so save the ones that were buried. Thanks for what you do ,guys!😊
Leave it to EE to find a mystery!!! What was all that stuff doing up there? We may never know, but they are wonderful artifacts, being passed along! Awesome finds!❤
Amazing that this labels has stayed in such great condition all of those years and very rare to find bakelite items intact. I do wonder how many managed to get dumped in the same place, seems like a soldier ordered to clean up and just hid them away in the nearest place without getting caught.
Yes they are pretty rare and i really dont know why it is there. They might just have been ordered to dump them there. Very glad someone did and we thank you for your great support my friend :)
I remember when you found this site the first time! Good for you and Eagle Eye on being able to find the site again! GPS? You don't need GPS! Memory and a drawing(map) work well and don't need batteries or satellites!
Hello my MOPAR friend from afar ! hahaha , that was so cool to read that email my friend ! and I replied back with some photos of mine . Anyway , Glad to see EE doing what he does best , Finding things for you lol , You mentioned that you were there before and had more to explore but got sidetracked by that MASSIVE find and didn't go any further . So I'm thinking that after you guys finished getting some more from that place that you went on and completed your undiscovered part and maybe that's coming up in a kinda part 3 video . As always , another great explore by you both ! Stay safe and Well . Mike 😊
So many containers in that pit , has EE reached the bottom yet ? or are there still more layers of artefacts to rescue ? maybe a part 3 episode needed. Great video again thanks.
That is a very exciting find. But who put those there? Was this maybe a German position that the gun was removed after the war? That area is probably littered with hundreds of items
I hate that. Not the relics, of course. What I hate is not knowing how they ended up there. It's probably a mundane answer like the mortar crews just didn't feel like lugging all those things around. Maybe someone came across them while wandering the woods sometime after the war. Maybe he left them there to pick up later but then forgot where he left them. The curiosity is killing me, lol.
What's up bro? Can I buy a couple of the better ones off you. Seeing how after I do the d day jump next year they will be gone. Especially by the time I get there
Remarkable find ! EE is on it , great video guys
Very exciting explore and thanks Dave :)

So many containers in that pit , has EE reached the bottom yet ? or are there still more layers of artefacts to rescue ? maybe a part 3 episode needed. Great video again thanks.
Good question and we really dont know how deep it goes but sure a great explore. Thanks so much my friend :)
What are the containers used for?
They are for gain and fuse elements for artillery ammunition. Thanks.
@@WW2HistoryHunter Thanks for information. I love following your channel.
Wonderful find! With you wondering WHY? Not a trash pit, but what is it? Bakelite and aluminum both valuable then and now!
Well we still dont know why they are there but very glad they are :) Thanks my friend :)
Always good to have an extra pair of eyes. And even better when you have Eagle eyes.
Indeed and thanks so much :)
I love my fuse box from the original find it sits on my work desk.
Very honored to read that and EE says hello here :) Thanks JuleyC
I’m sure there is history we will never discover. It is fun that we try to get as much as we can.
It really is and thanks for watching.
Ein schöner Fund👍👍👍
Really is and thanks for being here with us :)
That is a very exciting find. But who put those there? Was this maybe a German position that the gun was removed after the war? That area is probably littered with hundreds of items
Well that is the great question that we most likely will never get a answer ot. Thanks for watching.
Or was it a position that had to be abandoned after the Germans were there a long time?
Definitely agree. Why let archeological pieces just rot in nature, when they can educate and inspire?
Thanks for watching.
Never a bad adventure unless it's bad air.
So true and thanks for watching.

Just like Christmas 😮
We loved that and thanks :)
WOW so cool a find.👍❤️🇺🇸

Wow....that is an amazing find. Why did they put them there.
We have no clue. Thanks for watching.
Truly remarkable discovery - do wonder what caused them to be dumped there
yes we wonder about that. Great explore and discovery. Thanks for watching.
16:38 Zünder Büchse. Literally Fuse-can try to pronounce like tsynda-byxe 😁
Thanks for watching.
@@WW2HistoryHunter I hope the link was helpful.
