Those were the shortest 17 minutes of my life! Why didn't you make a longer video, Prajakta? 😥 I can literally listen to him for hours. The word "Guru" doesn't mean a teacher or a preacher. It means "dispeller of darkness" and Sadhguru is the only real "Guru" I know in our country. The best thing about him is that he never brings a single scriptural reference while he talks. I have been watching his videos for about 4 years now but I have never heard him say something like "Geeta says this" or "Bible says this" or "Quran says this." I think that's what makes youngsters like us, who have never read any scriptures connect to him much easily. It's true that when I also came in contact with the technologies I got so addicted to it that I started feeling left out from the family as they all were having their own conversation and also used to ask me to come join in family gossip but I was too busy in my phone scrolling through the timeline that I neglected my family.. But then I understood the distance emerging between my and my family... Then after realizing that I decided to use my phone only for an hour a day so that I can spend more time with my family and gradually I stopped feeling lonely anymore.. So the root cause behind all the problem is the space between us and our family. It's true that when I also came in contact with the technologies I got so addicted to it that I started feeling left out from the family as they all were having their own conversation and also used to ask me to come join in family gossip but I was too busy in my phone scrolling through the timeline that I neglected my family.. But then I understood the distance emerging between my and my family... Then after realizing that I decided to use my phone only for an hour a day so that I can spend more time with my family and gradually I stopped feeling lonely anymore.. So the root cause behind all the problem is the space between us and our family. So, I just suggest u to take as much as u can for ur family as u can Cuz u don't know when u r going to lose their company... 🙏
