Just moved here in March. I'm a doomer. I enjoy the views but Gen Z makes me laugh as I am 33 this month. Lots of hills to drive. People are nice. Excellent proximity to some of the best nature in the country.
You were showing The Square, not Dickson. You don't mention our fabulous award winning Fayetteville Public Library and our Fayetteville Farmer's Market, also award winning. You don't really show the Historic District with the lovely old victorian homes. And you should mention that Fayetteville is the most liberal city in Arkansas along with Eureka Springs. Downtown is the original town. Also we have issues with affordable housing for ordinary people who are not upper income and don't tend to board their horses or live on golf courses. You didn't mention our Fayetteville Cultural Arts Corridor project on West Avenue, right downtown running right into Dickson Street. You also don't really mention Theater Squared by name. They have a fabulous new theater with a restaurant right downtown. I first moved here in 1976 and I am a small home business owner downtown. Just wanted to clarify some things.
they always half ass their videos, i think they mostly just do these out of an attempt to drum up real estate business. Also they always love brining up Fayetteville's 'liberal politics blah blah' to make a point of it being a downside. So clearly they dont know or understand the town. Too bad, these videos could be much better..
