It's a shame that we cannot live in a world where privicy isn't necessary. Where people automatically respect our boundaries and we don't have to be so proctective. I try to live an open life and I am happy to talk about almost anything to do with myself. However that is because I have arrived at a place where i rarely feel shame, am not bound by guilt of the past and have forgiven myself for any mistakes I've made. Sadly the rest of the world is not like this, they are not all capable of acting appropriately and being forgiving, so i have to alter my behaviours for their benefit. Shame 😔
    Thanks for the wisdom 👍

Thank you for sharing your thoughtful perspective. It's wonderful to hear that you've reached a place of self-acceptance and openness. Your journey of forgiveness and release from shame is truly inspiring.
Indeed, it would be ideal if everyone could naturally respect boundaries and act with understanding. While we can't control the actions of others, we can choose how we navigate the world, finding a balance that protects our peace while fostering meaningful connections.
