remove the belt and check sir. if motor runs free then there is problem with drum

Bhai mera machine samsung eco bubble 10 kgs hai. Machine spin cycle pura nahi karra raha hai. 9 mins aney baad srif slow spin hota hai. Pehley bht sound araha tha magar spin hojata tha. Abh bilkul he spin cycle nahi chalta. Kya karna hoga. Washing karney koi problem nahi hoti. Bass spin cycle pura nahi hora.

Please help. I have same machine, its drum is not rotating and has become slightly loose (hanging down a bit). How to know if it's bearing problem or spider arm broke? Before stopping it was making dug-dug-dug noise so i stopped it immediately to save the motor. Company will most probably replace the entire drum and charge a lot. Is it bearing problem or spider arm? Thanks in advance.

Are companies are using the same materials in their washing machine? One of the video mentioned that it's due to the corrosion. Samsung have use zinc metal on the spider with stainless steel. Stronger metal will attack the weaker metal there by corroding it. Why the companies are using the same metal by knowing that particular parts will be corroding at certain time?
if companies use superior quality of parts. then the machine will work for many years. It will affect their sales. so they make machines to work at least 3-5 years
