Can that car be configured without diffuser and front spoiler and with a driver roll bar?

I love the FIA look, with the pipes under the car! How is the plate/cover made that hides the exhaust outlet for the typical Side Exhaust? Will the exit for the more standard side exhaust be already covered, and painted at the factory, when the car arrives at the dealership... or is this something that would need to be made and Painted (to match)?
