Nice recipe of a Rezala. One of the main features of a Rezala is that it has to be absolutely white in colour and slightly watery. You have made it well. Thanks for sharing.

Tried this and it turned out really well ... just wanted to ask you one thing, can u tell the proportion of curd : cashew poppy paste, also the ratio for cashew : poppy for the paste .. cos although it turned out very well, but it had the taste of poppy a little more ...

I tried this recipe yesterday and it came out well. It was the first for me and I am sure it will be better next time. My gravy was quite thick, I will reduce the paste qty next time. The taste was quite unique. I had a feeling that adding a pinch of garam masala at the end may have enhanced the taste.

Hey Priyanka, I watched this video and liked it. You kept the dish simple. Just one advice, you could have rosted and powdered the spices (garam masala), rather than adding them whole. I tried that and it was really yummy. Hope to hear from you. Best Regards, Ashirwad Goswami

Hello Priyanka, I had a couple of doubts. I am in US too as a student. it is difficult to get clarified butter easily. So is it possible to cook the chicken using regular vegetable oil ? You mention that we are not supposed to use red chilli powder. Then how are we supposed to make the chicken more spicy ? Should we put more green chillies and whole dried red chillies ? Also you put the onion rings at the end. Is it possible to try using fried onion rings ? Thanks for such a great video. Gaurav

i marinated the chicken overnight and cooked per instruction, it looked the same but it retained an onion smell in the chicken - do you think I should marinate it in lesser time

I love this recipe. Usages of poppy seeds is new to me. Where else I can use the poppy seed. Do you soak the poppy seed before mixing/ blending?
