Tried this and it turned out really well ... just wanted to ask you one thing, can u tell the proportion of curd : cashew poppy paste, also the ratio for cashew : poppy for the paste .. cos although it turned out very well, but it had the taste of poppy a little more ...

Nice recipe of a Rezala. One of the main features of a Rezala is that it has to be absolutely white in colour and slightly watery. You have made it well. Thanks for sharing.

Yes you have to make a paste. Take some Kaju and posto (poppy seed) in mixer first grind with no water completely dry, otherwise poppy seed will not be smooth, once both are dry powder add little water in the mixy container and make smooth paste :) hope this helps.

There is no alternative for poppy seeds, but can try Magah/Watermelon seeds.
Hey Aaliyah, I know it's illegal in UAE, but you use more Kaju make a smooth paste with water. That will also make it very tasty.
