Looks more like a motor sailboat. It is incomplete and who knows what the cost is to finish her. Somebody jumped the project, probably because of exploding costs. So be prepared to shell out way more than $1 Million for this project boat.
Your statement is incorrect and inaccurate. Let me clarify, this was never a project boat, it was a commercially ordered vessel which, only because of my health problems have i had to ask the yard to allow me, or they, to assign my contract. With the exception of the owners choice of electronics the price quoted is for the finished vessel ex yard, or ex hong kong - I trust that clarifies your point
Of course, you are absolutely correct. But that said I am sure that the current video gives a good representation and if you are an interested buyer then we will do more than send you a video. Thank you for your comment.
I doubt you've been on one. I've been on two and they are impressive. I agree to an extent with your sentiment, I felt the same way but you can't criticise the workmanship unless you've seen one up close. 👍
@@simonbroddle754 many folks don’t realize that many of the most sought after, finest built pleasure boats/yachts are built in the far east. Grand Banks, Fleming, Ocean Alexander, Chevy Lee, and many others I can’t pull off the top of my head.
Unfortunately this is a comment which illustrates your lack of knowledge about Sea Horse Marine, founded by an American - Bill Kimley, and build on USA designs, There are scores of these vessels sailing he oceans. One of the finest trawler yachts ever built. And, just fo the record, I maintained a regular presence in the yard over the period of the build and have nothing but admiration for the craftsmanship.
Part 1 looks like Elena M. I've been on two of these boats and they are impressively built. One was in Subic Bay, the other in LA.
You could be right.... in fact, i have used photos from a couple of vessels built in the last decade
Great & robust Gardner engine.
Would love to have something like this!
Love these boats
Interesting choice of a Gardner engine. Provenance of the rebuild on it would be important.
Gardner Marine Diesels UK - a company tracing its lineage back to the original Gardner Engine Company
@@billchiangmai Thank you!
Where was the Gardner rebuild done, Bill?
@@KitLaughlin See above, at Gardner Marine Diesels UK - a company tracing its lineage back to the original Gardner Engine Company. based in UK
@@billchiangmai I know the company well; I missed the detail of the rebuild being done at G. HQ.
I rather buy a house for that sort of money
