    LEG DAY - WHITEBOARD WORKOUT
    *Warmup - Leg Extensions / Leg Curls
    Goal - Push Blood in the Muscles
    1. Leg Presses - 5 sets X 12, 12, 10, 10, to failure
    Last Set Strip Set to Failure.
    2. Squats - 4 sets X 10, 10, 8, 8
    Good Clean Reps
    3. Stiff Leg Deadlifts or RDL's - 4 sets X 10, 10, 8/failure, 8/failure
    Last 2 Sets Superset with Lying Leg Curls to failure
    4. Linear Hack Squats - 3 sets X 12, 10, 10/failure
    Last Set Drop to Zero Weight, Single Leg to Failure
    Superset
    5. Leg Extensions. 3 sets X 12
    6. Lying Leg Curls 3 sets X 12

    Seth, this is amazing content. I always wished a PRO would create videos that are dedicated to showing people the secrets and tips to every exercise. Any body can tell you their split, but showing how you do it and ways to target each muscle is so valuable. Please more of this!

    I've been training since I was about 15 and I'm 37 now. I mostly just trained at home in my basement or my garage depending on what house I'm living at and what year. The last couple years I've been giving advice to young people about training and seeing all the struggles turn into happiness along the way. Just want to thank you for the inspiration💯💪🙏

    Seth when the doctor said how did you lose 70lbs in 4 months I told the doc I kicked my ass. I'm in that gym every fucking day lifting 2 hours then an hour of cardio. Even on my rest days I fucking get shit done. it's your get the shit done mentality has really changed my physique into looking like a Greek God.

    Every time I watch these I pick up something new I didn’t catch before. Your attention to detail in movements and form is impeccable. I am going to completely change my game after watching these.       I work for central Arkansas water. Fairly new. Just about 2 months into it. It's kinda construction but you get it. It's getting easier. I don't wanna do it forever but I know it's a start to making me a man
