Since I retired from the Military my circle consists of my children and two other veterans. I’ve found in my life most people have no Honor or integrity and I don’t want anything to do with them.

Gonna really open up here. Being weened off Xanax from back in the day when I fucked my life up. That shit is hard. Also taking 19 credit hours in college for my last semester and trying to kill the gym 6 days a week like I’ve always done. These videos help out so much man thank you. As a single dad who got left with a 6 month old baby I was an angry little fucker. I blamed everyone. But what for. I took 4 years out eating shit food with no motivation. Then I found my worth. I stopped blaming and started killing it. I got back in the gym. I surrounded myself with the best people. I started being the best dad. My sons 4 and tells me daily he loves me and I'm slowly growing and loosing my belly. And people like yourself as well as the man in the mirror are my biggest inspiration. Thankyou @sethferoce
