    1:42 No.2: I got myself two 35 L jerrycans (mine weigh in at 39.1 kg when full) and I carry them from the tap in front of the building to my apartment on the 2nd floor. One time I even used my 29 kg weight vest as well, though that version is a bit much for regular workouts atm. A very fatiguing exercise, but worth it.
    3:47 No.4: Added to today's workout. It was fun doing them, though probably best for me to do the one legged variation.
    5:32 No.6: Already doing them.
    Good information, as always.

    My favorite exercises are rowing, wall balls, lunges, planks and muscle ups. Rowing, because it's good for pre-exhaust before lifting, wall balls, because they are less risky than front squatting and thrusters, which is good for shoulder capacity. Lunges, because they improve my leg strenght for running and help me go up on stairs faster lol. Planks, because I need core stability and muscle ups, because of their explosive nature.

    • @nicholas_thegreat5940
      @nicholas_thegreat5940 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ashutosh k decompression. I hurt my back deadlifting and had to stop lifting cuz of the pain and I looked into it and read somewhere that decompressing the spine releases tension in the back and helps get fluid into the disks and heal them so I went and bought an inversion table and hung upside down every day for a few months and eventually my back healed and now I’m back at the gym stronger than I was before
      Plz take my advice at least try it u got nothing to loose at this point and if u can’t buy an inversion table there r decompressing exercises u can do without really any equipment

      Yoga, and qigong. I had a severe disk injury, and worst decision ever was to limit range of motion. It took years to break up all the scar tissue. Get on all fours and rock the pelvis back and forth at least 50 reps a day. Motion is the only thing that can get blood flow to the disks to facilitate healing.

    These are cool! I would add the Dumbell Floor Press.
    A note on climbing: I was an ardent boulderer for many years. When I started lifting weights after my bouldering sessions was always surprised at how strong I was even after exhausting myself with intense 3 hour climbing sessions. I believe this was due to the dramatic neuromuscular actvation that climbing causes. Nothing like hanging from your fingertips until failure to wake up that body-brain dynamic!

    Great compilation here, while I have used 2-3 of these in the past but several are definitely new and now soon to be incorporated in my routine. Look forward to more in this series. Appreciate your hard work and dedication, and hey man take a break when you can, it's good to decompress even when other unfortunate things are taking up your time. We'll be here, bro.

    Awesome i have been working out my neck recently with headstands, front and back bridges, and isometric neck holds( since i do not have a neck harness). You should really look into Martin Farmer Burns neck and exercises.

    On the right track. Need to work more on your overhead strength. Try weighted broad jumps instead of calf hops

    The strongest human I've ever personally witnessed did about 5 lifts. He swore by what we call the Farmer's Carry in the U.S. One side loaded carry.

      @@sonofwotan I don't remember exactly. He did a lot of squats and deadlifts. Probably a bench press. Guy was phenomenal. Maybe 5ft 8in. If you saw him walking around wearing street clothes you wouldn't have even noticed him. But he just picked stuff up I could barely move.

    A good calf jump modified if those are too easy, become like a ball hands on head and only use your calves to frog hop while still in ball form. Just do the perimeter of your area and see, if you do them in place they don’t work as good, the momentum and your body weight coming down makes it so your calves must explode
