Thanks for that information! 😀 Exactly the video I've been waiting for. Especially the information about testing the diffusers was very interesting and helpful.
Hi Kate. Yes, the CLP label will need to be in the official language for the country you are selling in. For Italy this would be Italian. Hope this helps 😃
When performing the test, should you rotate the sticks at all or just leave them to get an idea of the evaporation rate at a baseline? I usually invert the sticks in the jar to release more fragrance but I suppose not everyone will and it might mess with the results. Hope I explained this well! Thanks.
Hello, we recommend making sure your reeds are evenly spread out at the start of testing and not moving this throughout the process. Accidental movement is fine, but if the reeds move to the point they are clumping together we would spread these out again. I hope this has been helpful 💕
Hi I am using all of candle shack products for candles and Reed diffusers. Can you please clarify the fragrance oil comment in this video. You say you can 40%, but then say 15% is fine? So in a 100ml RD, what ratio of fragrance do you recommend? Thanks for clarifying 🌸
Hi Clair, 40% is the maximum percentage allowed by IFRA. This does not mean you have to use 40%, in the lab we test all our diffusers at 15-20% as a general rule of thumb. We recommend doing some testing and seeing what percentage works best for you. In a 100ml diffuser bottle 15% would equal 15ml of fragrance oil and 85ml of diffuser base. We hope this has helped, any more questions please ask ❤️
The simple answer: *for this specific fragrance* 40% is the maximum you can safely use. 15-20% is the amount you need to produce a pleasant product. More might be overpowering, and will definitely cost more. More might also clog the reeds. This applies to both fragrance and essential oils. And every scent product will be different.
Thanks for that information! 😀

Hi Frank, we are so glad you found this video helpful! Let us know if you have any questions 😃
Thank you. I had no idea about the testing. Your videos are always excellent
Hi Lorraine, we are so pleased that this video was able to help. Good luck with your diffuser making 😃
Zoe, another excellent and instructive video - all this from a 'local lass'
Would you please make a video about the percentage of material used?
Will you ship your bottles to the US. I love them!
If you live in Italy does the safety labe need to be in Italian? Thanks for the video

I’m in the US and truly want to try your products for the FO and Diffuser base. How can I order, the site gives me issues

Instead of using fragrance oil, can we use pure essential oil? Will the proportion same as 25/75% of essential oil vs candle shack diffuser base ?
im a bit confused on the grafics, which one is the right? 1st or 3rd?
Thank you !
