I baked this using Bob's Red Mill 1-to-1 Gluten Free flour. The baking time went up to 50-55 minutes, but the cake came out DIVINE!! Moist yet light!!! Thoroughly delicious, and did NOT need any frosting. Frosting would really ruin it with its heaviness, actually. The cake is fantastic on its own. Thank you for sharing!!
I just put my pear cake in the oven. My pears were soft, I just mashed them up. I also added sliced almonds. Can’t wait to taste this cake. Thanks for sharing you recipe Rita!

Wonderful recipe...I added a teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg too. Such a moist delicious cake!
