I tried this receipe..omg it was delicious, I added a pinch of Cardamom,I read where this spice brings out the pear taste. I added some more pears. Just great . Thank you. Oh I used coconut sugar,great taste, I did not glaze.
I've made this twice now, it's insanely delicious. The cake, even without the pears or syrup already tastes amazing on its own. Can you tell me how I'd do it without an oven? I want to know if that's possible, since I'm away from my oven starting today 🥺

You can make buttermilk by combining milk and lemon. Mix it and leave room temperature for 30 minutes and it will have a thick consistency.
