SO GOOD I HAD TOO TAKE NOTES
    Be True To Yourself
    3 Key Areas; Which are:
    1. Thoughts
    2. Heart (Soul) (Things you are naturally attracted too)
    3. Gut (Home Of Instincts)
1.Living in your HEAD is a dangerous place.
Our Thoughts without our heart or instincts of our gut can be dangerous misleading, which is often the cause of anxiety, fear, depression, & sadness.
Which can also cause challenges with relationships to ourselves and other people; relationships with work, family, & people we are intimate with.
    2. Always be clear, what your dream is. If your not clear on what your dream is then you wont be able to be rational or logical. The only thing you have left is WHAT OTHERS think.
Questions to Ask Yourself when in Doubt
    3. When you start to have challenging thoughts, ask yourself: Is That Really True? Is this working towards my dream?
What Belief is behind my pain/predicament?: is it really true; ask yourself that. Alot of the time our beliefs are childish and just made up in our head.
    4. If your following what you love to do, chances is your following your soul impulse to do what you came here to do.
If your having a hard time being true to your own heart, desire or self expression, chances are your suffering from one of these imbalances:
-1. The Child: Am I still acting out the life of a child? holding on to Parents believes, & programming as a child or Acting out on the dictate of others inbound to myself.
-2. When we not doing what our heart and soul is calling us to do, then we become a victim.
People who are stuck in the Child & Victim mode are usually people who didn't develop a Ego know as sense of self.
-3. Saboteur: Represents the ability to sabotage our self or others.
-4. The Prostitute: Using words like "I HAVE TOO" instead of "I Choose TOO" is selling your self short and lowers self.
Gut: When it comes to the gut, what am I creating?
That instinct, am i on the right path? if you was to get lost and had no GPS, you would find your way. If you was taking a test, usually you would trust your gut and go with the answer you think is correct.

The part from 16:45 to 17:51 is pure gold. It pieced so many things. It realigned me.
"The gut is connected to the issues of the world"
"Your heart integrates the higher level of consciousness of thought with the body's intelligence or the subconscious mind, wisdom of your cells and your organs"
"When we know what we love, we know how to manage our thoughts and listen to our gut - we have a functional love compass"

Found you through Sean omalley and am really looking to turn my life around.
Wanted to play hockey all growing up and was never able to get in it for multiple reasons but the main stemming factor being my parents wouldn’t allow me to. Suffered socially, romantically, and mentally because of this. Got into hockey in university with my residence house after I saved one summer and bought goalie equipment. The way I was treated in all aspects turned around, so I thought. Once the residence went away, hockey went away, and with that my social and romantic life slowly dwindled and then my mental health followed suit, and there I had found myself in a downward spiral effect. It is only now I am really looking at it this way while typing and listening.
I moved home after my only relationship finally fell apart and my friendships as well, back March 1 of 2016. That first weekend was mcgregor and Diaz, I fell into the TH-cam algorithm and here we are almost 7 full years later; i have no job, no education, no income, no relationship, no self worth, all I do have is one friend, two parents, and a love for a sport I once again find myself having little experience in.
I’m 15 minutes in and can say I am probably a little bit of both the child/victim and my friend may possibly be a saboteur, unsure though and I’ve been struggling with that latter thought/idea with the main thing telling me otherwise is there’s no reasoning behind it that I can grasp, so maybe it is in fact a little bit of paranoia. I went through some stuff in prior friendships/relationship that may be affecting that part of me, not sure.
I’ve felt like I want to cover mma for a long time now, and I’ve watched multiple people become successful these past few years doing similar things to what I’d imagine myself doing, so I know it’s realistic, but just cannot bring myself to get in front of the equipment I bought and finally put myself out there again, for multiple reasons. I’ve really been pushing to begin these past couple of weeks but just can’t do it when it comes down to it. Same kinda feeling which prevents me from getting a small time job here in my hometown almost as if I will be seen at the age I’m at unsuccessful by somebody I used to know who will judge me harshly and I am avoiding that possibility because of the feeling that would come from it, which honestly isn’t too bad at this point because I’ve realized this person has distain for me for an unknown reason and was likely judging me on things in the past and now feels superior and has his own things going on.
Alright I’m gonna get lunch and continue listening! Been enjoying the content. Thank you!

    • @RealNewsMMA
      @RealNewsMMA ปีที่แล้ว

The saboteur part likely goes back to the victim mentality. Even the prostitution regarding living with my parents under their rules is affecting me. It’s time to possibly begin the coffee business I’ve been wanting to, instead of focusing on mma content solely/first. Interesting to think about. Thanks again.

There are so many grown children who never grow up. I believe you hear it when someone says something like "I turned 40 or 50 or whatever age and I realize it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks." I remember one time going out with a man child(48 years old) who told me that he had to get his cousin's approval to date me. What a joke he was, looking to his divorced unbalanced cousin for affirmation

That is the subject of PPS Success Mastery Lesson 1. How To Find and Live Your Legacy.
To try and explain it all here would be unrealistic, and it is best for you to study the program either on-line through www.ppssuccess.com or get the lesson on DVD; it is my only PPS lesson you can get on DVD. The lesson has been life changing for MANY.

Thank you paul for your time, im feel very blessed to have found such an integral developed mentor, Got a question which might be a little OFF from this video but my favorite topics... If we look at the Turiya or so called the Fourt state of consciousness, were your essentially the witness of the Gross, Subtle and causal states, have you yourself developed the 24 hour constant awareness as a stage paul?Do you always getting into dreamstate with awarness everynight or do you more do it on demand? Recently ive started to get more deeper inside my subtle body when going to bed and learning to witness the dreamingstate, Its quite a journey each time and i easy get drifted of from all colours and fast pace, makes it hard to settle and Detach from everything. Well if u have the time would you like to give some words of wisdom on the Subtle realm? What do you usually do there? What you learn/learnt when being there? and tips how to essentially be there. If there is any good books/programs on practical steps for things like dreams/astral traveling i would love that to. Love to you paul!

    • @paulchek1781
      @paulchek1781 7 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Hello,
No, I haven't evolved/developed the ability to stay in a non-dual state 24/7; that is something that takes a tremendous amount of time and commitment to; It is also very likely that those that do achieve that state of awareness as an enduring state have been working at it through many previous lifetimes. It is also not a state that is easy to function in without tremendous practice, and stability from a Master, and often others to support.
Reading about it is almost dangerous because the intellect loves to "imagine" these states, but I can assure you than being even at a causal level of awareness makes it very hard to engage the ego in much of anything because in that state, you are so expanded that even to identify anything in your immediate surrounds requires that one enter subject-object awareness. Once you go behind the Causal level of Consciousness, there isn't even a "you" there. In my experience, you are either in Pure Awareness, or you have to come out to engage in subject-object awareness. Since the ego (via the brain) requires sensory input, or cognitive thought to be processed "in series", and being in Pure Awareness is = to PURE PARALLEL processing, the two don't mix any more than heads can become tails, or a coin can have currency without its two sides and a middle.
Some write (or write about) that they are in Pure Witness, but in my experience as a remote viewer with lots of out of body experience, I feel that what is actually happening is that their consciousness development through long practice reaches the place where they can inhabit higher subtle bodies the same way the rest of us inhabit physical bodies, and maintain their awareness at multiple levels at once; said another way, they are akin to "souls in bodies", while most people function as "bodies within a soul", and only through development can consciousness be effectively, consciously invested in progressively higher-vibration subtle bodies.
I can enter these states when I have quiet time to be alone in my tai-chi, meditations, or shamanic practices.
In my dreaming state (day or night), I am able to interact with the dream and dream figures or symbols just as I interact with symbols and people in my waking state. This is also a skill that takes a lot of practice to develop.
To get into the subtle realms and maintain conscious focus and stability requires a lot of practice; the higher you go in the subtle realms, the more volatile the energy is there, and the less body or matter you have stabilizing your consciousness. For example, once your consciousness rises to the astral level or higher, you create at the "speed of thought!". Therefore, to the degree that your mind shifts focus, the entire experience shifts instantly to match your mind.
One of the key reasons I teach people to begin managing their bodies and lives with my 4 Doctor approach, is because this is a grounded daily practice that requires that one commit themselves to the effective application and focus of their ego-mind; if you can't do it at ground level, you have no chance of doing it at higher levels, just as if you can't drive a car well going 20 mph, you certainly won't do well at 100 mph!
Working with one's body-mind through breathing and movement, and by finding meditation styles that are natural for their unique body-mind profile allows one to develop progressively expanded consciousness (awareness), while also getting their body to a level of balance that allows the mind to leave the body without the body becoming fearful; if a dog can't feed itself, it gets very nervous when its master is away!
As this level of practice grows and develops, the ego softens and becomes more porous.
By working with dreams, active imagination (power animals, spirit guides, astral travel), and other supportive methods, one becomes confident in their experience and the ego's walls of "belief" become transformed so that one's mind isn't "creating within the laws of physics" (one who believes that mind and brain are one, or that one must have a body to be conscious, is trapped within the laws of physics), but is in full realization that what we now refer to as "the quantum realm/reality" is THE GREATER TRUTH. From that realization, one is like a bird that can leave its cage at will, and like that bird, the more it flies the better it gets "at flying"; a bird that stays in a cage can never fly like the birds that don't "live in cages".
I have found that my art work is very helpful for me to practice being both "in this world (holding my brush) and out of this world (holding conscious awareness in the realms from which my inspiration arises)."
You may find Rudolph Steiner's book, "How To Know Higher Worlds" helpful.
      Love and chi,
      Paul Chek

Peace and love from Macedonia Paul. this is how far your wisdom has reached :D.
    A question:
Paul you keep talking about a Dream that an individual has. Is there an ideal way how a dream should look?
My dream is to find fulfilment in myself one day, I also want to be a psychologist and psychotherapist. But why am I not really hardly attached to later two?I dont have an aggressive attitude toward really achieving them. Is that a bad thing? Should one have a different approach to his dream? To what he sees as his mission in life? And do you agree that we came only come closer to our selves by service to others?

Awesome vidoe!I live a reflection for someone else's redundant dream, come into this world, get breastfeed and sleep ten times a day, learn to walk, having fun playing all day and night, go to school, study hard to get brainwashed, work hard for a worthless paper degree, work at a dead end job, have whiners as friends, pay off your debt, get married, get a mortgage, have kids, pay more debt, save enough federal reserve cash to go on couple of vacations, get divorced, remarrying again, have kids again, continue to work until retirement, by the time to reach 85yr finally pay off mortgage, get life insurance, write your will if you have anything left to give, get sent alone in a care home, wait until your last check up by your doctor then get send to the hospital until your last breath!Bame! come back again into a new body and do it all over again.
