Cheers for the Video! Excuse me for butting in, I would love your thoughts. Have you heard about - Millawdon Varied Nights Trick (search on google)? It is a good one off guide for learning intimate questions to make your relationship stronger without the hard work. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my close friend Aubrey after a lifetime of fighting got great results with it.

I loved your cooking videos in which you shared some of the foods you eat, such as sprouted corn tortillas, bee panacea and maple butter. I tried every one that you mentioned and loved all of them. Have you ever considered doing a video where you when through your kitchen and recommended us foods to try? I would love more foods to try!

    Hey there Mr.Chek
Wanted to ask you about a problem a female friend of mine is having. She just recently started working out and knowing how the fitness industry normally operates I heavily advised her against using the machines that the personal trainers typically assign people to do. She is having some kyphosis and hyperextension of the hips ( the hip tucking under, not sure if ım describing it correctly..). So she is having some postural issues as well as an unbearable lower back pain. She swims with me 2 times a week and she will do some weight training once a week perhaps. I recommended her doing stuff like lunges/facepulls/band pull aparts/ goblet squats with light dumbbels/ and bent over ''hold'' of a barbell which I thought would challenge her postural system to benefit her in normal daily life. I also recommended and showed her doing Paloff Presses for some core stability. Now, I am a big fan of functional fitness and I am an enthusiast when it comes to this stuff. I would love to have your opinion on some of the things we should be doing or avoid at all costs. And please could you comment on if any of the things ı gave her are challenging/harmful to her? Would love to hear your opinion as it is a really important matter for us.. ( Forgot to mention we do some foam rolling and static stretching before we get into the weights, could you elaborate on that too if you dont mind?)
    Love and Chi

    Hi Paul!
Not sure if you’ll see this but you mentioned opening intuition into the other person through sexual connection. Two ex boyfriends I can physically feel what they’re going through still even after years. Within that hour I’ve received a message or seen on social media within that same hour feeling what they’re dealing with.
Is there such a way to stop this? People have talked about cutting spiritual cords and it seems to help but only for a short time. I’ve kept my distance from both for over a year. I would absolutely love to know your perspective on this. Especially being single by choice I don’t want to carry past energies into future relationships. Or is it just something you’re with for life once that connection is made if time is irrelevant..

When I met Penny, I had already been married to my first wife for 17 years. We got a divorce because we both needed freedom and grew to have different interests and needs, and felt the tension between us was not good for our son. I came to experience myself as a man that didn't do well with monogamy, as it was very unnatural to me.
Over the course of a couple years of "being free", I enjoyed friendship, relationship, and sex with a number of (BEAUTIFUL) women, but found that they were all antagonistic to my dream of growing and running the Chek Institute. I wrote everything down I wanted in my ultimate partner, and meditated on it each day and gave thanks to Great Spirit for a year and a half. I met Penny when she attended one of my workshops in Australia, and knew INSTANTLY that I would marry her; were were engaged after 4 days together, and that was 18 years ago.
In the very beginning, I shared my experience and feelings about monogamy with Penny and said I couldn't be married to her if she had to have me in that way. She said, "I was with a guy when we met wasn't I!" She has always allowed me to be me, and I've always been honest and open with her (because I love and respect her). I'd been in a loving friendship with Angie for three years before she got pregnant; we just "grew together" and bonded very deeply, and though we had no intention for children....well...If you want to make God Laugh, tell Him/Her you've got a plan!
Penny and Angie get along like peas in a pod, support each other, and enjoy each other's company. Penny is a realist and she is just happy that (in her own words) "Angie has to do the work of carrying and birthing the baby - I'll enjoy playing with her and teaching her things".
      So, there you have it.
      That's how I roll.
      Love and chi,
      Paul Chek

Thank you Paul. This is probably the best advice I've ever gotten on relationships and I've had a lot.
I'm only 21 and I've never had a serious relationship. Right now I'm dating some girls and I've been having a one to many a one night stand. I think I'll be a bit more conservative with that from now on. Focus instead on fulfilling my heart, purpose and vision and "probe" all the girls I like (no pun intended) for core values and such before having sex with them.
    Anyway, thanks Paul.

Hi Paul, very mature topic indeed, is it a bad thing if one get it while still being comparatively young (like 20yrs old)? Also, I would like to know your clinical experience in treating gyno. Would everything fix itself once one do everything right (getting rid of environmental toxic, eat organic foods, loose the excess weight, dealing with stress, etc.)?

    • @PaulChekLive
      @PaulChekLive  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Nick M
      Hi Nick,
Not sure what you are referring to with your first question? Do you mean getting sex? If so, then naturally, at 20, sex should be part of your diet. I was a father a few days after I turned 18 and sex is a natural thing in our species anytime after puberty; that's what puberty means....sex time!...among other things of course. Just keep in mind that the suggestions I shared apply at any age.
With gynomastica, the first step is getting the body detoxified and physiologically balanced through the practices I teach in my book How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy!, my 4 Doctors ebook, "You Are What You Eat!" audo/workbook program, and the teachings offered in Chek HLC 1 training. When that is handled, an assessment can be made as to how much of the gynomastica is from toxicity and hormonal imbalance and how much may be from genetic factors, and weather or not surgery is an option. And yes, I've had a number of cases over the course of my career. Usually in teenagers.
      Love and chi,
      Paul Chek

    • @robm5306
      @robm5306 9 ปีที่แล้ว

+Paul Chek Oh, absolutely hahaha, I meant about getting involve in mature conversation part (cos I'm pretty sure most of my friends at my age won't bother thinking about all these details, mainly just sex). Anyway, for the gyno, I was just curious if there're natural cures without surgery, which there sure are judging from your answer, thanks Paul!

Hi Paul - Thank you so much for this video. I shared it with my partner and she enjoyed it very much :) She has been 'diagnosed' with fibromyalgia, and so I have been helping her apply your foundational principles and following the recommendations outlined in HTEMBH. Are you able to share any additional or specific therapies or approaches for addressing fibromyalgia/chronic pain. Thank you so much, Paul.

    • @PaulChekLive
      @PaulChekLive  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +eschein7
There are many compounding influences that lead to fibromyalgia. Gluten intolerance is one of the biggest things I have to address right off the bat...
My program that would be most likely to benefit her is "Healing Fungal and Parasite Infections - The Absolute Essentials" DVD and manual because A. she probably has both a fungal and parasite infection, B. The dietary and lifestyle changes suggested to address these problems and all the other general information shared are very relevant changes that I'd direct her to make as my patient anyway, and C. That DVD set is as close as you can get to HLC 1 training without being in the class, so the volume and practicality of the training is "strong medicine" when applied to any such case.

Great video Paul, Ive got a question about Vegetables for a polartype, I remember for example you said usually to much veggies can cause constipation/farting due to the fiber content. Is there possible that to much veggies can also tend to cause more of the loose stools? and can to much of a veggie for example broccoli cause some small broccoli heads to come out undigested even tho im very confident that im not allergic to it? Or what could possible cause that? love to you paul

    • @PaulChekLive
      @PaulChekLive  9 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      +Barnettyo
Yes, too much vegetable matter for your bodies digestive/enzyme capacity can cause loose stools. They are usually not like diarrhea unless there are other problems, such as a fungal or parasite infection in the mix, but are more like stools that won't hold together; imagine compressed saw dust and how it would behave when dropped into a toilet....it would break up in to lots of smaller chunks. If you are seeing food you can recognize, that indicates that your body is enzyme deficient and that you should consider using digestive enzymes to support digestion and healing of the stomach. You should also get tested to see what food allergies and intolerances you have because your body will be constantly under immune system stress until you figure that out; the immune system can kick stuff it doesn't like out the back door as well.... If you have food reactions and don't know about it, your small intestine will stay inflamed, causing leaky gut syndrome, which makes everything much worse day by day...
What you are describing is often coupled with a rapid transit time of foods from mouth to anus, which reduces the bodies ability to absorb nutrients and over time, can lead to malnutrition challenges.
You'd probably be wise to hire one of my HLC 2 or 3 Practitioners to properly assess and guide you.
You can find one near you by going to www.chekconnect.com and using the locater system.
      Love and chi,

    Hey Paul,
My wife (61 years of age) has problems with her left foot. She has " polyneuropathi" in the lower leg, some of the nerves in the lower leg has "wiltered".
She is doing some ancle exercises with a rubberband, picking marbles with her toes, standing on a yoga"nailbed", all to encourage the nerves to reach out again.
Recently we were on a presentation on "Bemer" a machine that i said to stimulate the microcirculation of the blood in the capilaries by sändning electromagnetic impulses at at certain frequensy into dhe muskels.
Do you know if this machine really works, if it works could it be helpful to my wife? It is rather expensive (about three months pay for me). but if it works it worth it.
Do you have some other tips for her?

      +Ola Wauge
      Hi Ola,
There is a long list of possible causes of polyneuropathy. There are a variety of structural causes, and biochemical causes.
My advice is that you get your wife to one of my instructors for a comprehensive structural and HLC evaluation.
One of the first things I would find out is what level of toxicity she has. There are MANY additives in foods that are toxic, and irritating to the nervous system, not to mention all the hormonal complications created from plastic packaging, can liners, Styrofoam products, such as drinking cups, etc.
Another issue I find in people with chronic nerve pathology is heavy metal poisoning, with mercury being the most common challenge; mercury causes neural entanglements in the brain and nervous system at large, and these entanglements can create nodules that hurt and can be diagnosed as polyneuropathy. Chances are very good she's suffering from a combination of heavy metals. The easiest method I know of that works very well for removing heavy metals from the body is to use a product called "Metal Free"; it use to be at www.metalfree.com but they changed their site name; the last time I looked it up with that site address, I got there but was taken to another site that sold the product. With the metal free product, it would be VERY WISE to have her on an oral colon cleanse. It should be a 60-day cleanse and the ones I like best come from www.allnaturalcleanse.com or www.aerobiclife.com When you start the detoxification of heavy metals, the body needs support to pull things out through the intestinal tract, which can greatly reduce any detox symptoms as well as pulling all sorts of other toxins from the body. The colon cleanse from www.allnaturalcleanse.com includes anti-parasitics, which is a good thing. Most people have fungal and parasite infections at the same time and these organism produce toxins that irritate the nervous system on many levels.
The way I address any and all of these sorts of issues is exactly what I teach in my programs, which is to address the whole individual, evaluate the stress factors, and start working on the ones most relevant to the challenge at hand. As an HLC 1, your first step toward helping her heal would be to have her fill our the questionnaires in my book HTEM&BH! and clearing everything you can based on her high scores. An additional factor that can contribute to a wide variety of nervous system problems is GLUTEN!
For a chance of immediate relief, you may want to consider acupuncture. it can be very helpful for alleviating pain, and balancing the nervous system. Easy to do and not too expensive in general. You have Duncan Reeve and Jenny Delbridge in France, and in London you have Matthew Wallden and Leigh Brandon, as well as several other Chek Level 4 Practitioners who are also HLC 3 Practitioners to choose from.
Remember, we don't treat "the disease that has the patient", we coach the patient that has acquired a disease. In other words, addressing the polyneuropathy as though "it is the problem" is only to ignore "what caused the problem to begin with".... Help your wife get healthy and in the presence of health, such challenges cease to exist. There are a number of structural factors that can contribute, but any of my high-level practitioners and instructors will know exactly how to identify and address such findings.
      Love and chi,
      Paul Chek

Hey Paul great video as always
What you advice on cold approaching beautiful girls(total strangers)..if you have approach anxiety or are SOCIALLY AKWARD from sitting at home a lot(which was my case for a long time as i used to be very sick and was also seriously addicted to video games-which is when i saw your first video-on gaming addiction ). Do you recommend getting tips from the PICKUP COMMUNITY which i discovered on youtube last month on sept 2015.
I am 25 now ..i have never had a girlfriend(and of course a virgin) as i am literally terrified to go and speak to them
I am from Indian and over here people view talking about anything sexual as negative and makes the other person feel embarrassed ....most people recommend getting married if you want to have sex for the first time(this is actually the advice many people give )
..India as you know is quite conservative ..somewhat like the middle eastern countries..My mother for example had to fight with her parents just to be able to go to college in the early 80s.Women usually didnt work in those days and didnt have any say in important manners..it was all about "respecting elders"..and blindly following their advice.
It would be nice if you gave some advice or some tips on basic dating or seduction tips..or you may name some resources or youtube channels that you like...
    Thank you

Look at the books and audios by Daniel Siegel, MD
His work is excellent and covers much of what you've requested.
Then, search the web for a "Steiner book store" and look at the many books offered for raising and educating children. There are several. Steiners work is the crem da la crem!
Find the book on the web titled "Raising The Human Plant" by Luther Burbank and read that!
Look into the books and videos available from Joseph Chilton Pierce. He has a lot of fantastic information on child development and child education.
That should get you going for a good six months to a year!

Hello Paul, thank you so much for this video, i enjoyed watching this with my significant other very much. i want to inquire on the marriage if that is ok. See from my perception. marriage, as a legally binding contract, can act as a somewhat coercive force in a relationship. where love should be given by someone who is autonomous. there own person. a contract like marriage seems to be something that can hamper someones ability to love someone from an equal footing. since it is a contract. eventually perhaps the question becomes is getting a divorce worth the hassle. I have witnessed people in a marriage use the contract to keep the other person in the relationship that would prefer to no longer be in it. which i think we can both agree is not a healthy love.
I personally would like a life partner. but im not so sure why i would want to have a "marriage" and add a contract to a relationship that should always try its best to remain voluntary.
again thank you for all you do.

  • @ocean21990

Also i would like to add that most marriages in india are still arranged
and people usually dont get divorced
..and females are usually dependent on men
So this makes it even harder to approach strangers ..as it is not the norm over here..

Paul, I dont know if you know (I'd think you do), but orgasming without ejaculating is a real thing, and it ain't that hard, especially for a person like you who's very in touch with yourself. Mantak Chia is probably the best-known author on the subject, and there's tantra practices that enhance this non-ejaculatory orgasm. I dont think Chia told this is his book, but when you get a lot of sexual energy during the intercourse, you can arch your spine forward towards your belly and chest and either keep it like that or kinda pump it to that arch and back straight, that helps transmit the energy through chakras. So does making noises that come naturally to you when having sex and you're on a good part.
I think there's some sperm even when you don't really ejaculate but have those little drops from getting turned on, that could make your lady pregnant I guess, but I'd be inclined to think the risk is lesser than with a real ejaculation. And that's not the main reason you want those non-ejaculatory orgasms, but because they energize you, and because it feels so damn great when in one session you can get maybe 3-5 orgasms better and better ones. Ejaculatory sex is like McDonalds and multi-orgasming is a michelin star restaurant here, in terms of enjoyability.
