When I was a young Teen I bought 2 Rolls made with the same skin as this one. But the filling is very tasty. I never forgot it & since I ate it I was trying to find it. But never found it. Thank you TH-cam I finally found it. At least I found out what type of wrap. It was eaten with a special Sauce.

In Morocco, they make warka leaf the same way, using regular wheat flour. Love the ability and the skill demonstrated here.
