Came here after struggling through many
Books, found this video very informative and covering topics that are of practicable use onboard the ship, rather than just for passing the exams. Thankyou CAPT. SIR for helping.

Thanks for the Good Words.
Thank you, sir, You provide a very useful video on grain calculation
You're most welcome.
THANK YOU, SIR VERY USEFUL VIDEO...
thankyou so much sir for your research and valuable teachings.
Thanks for the Good Words.
amazing work sir, doing my chief mates exams right now and this video helped a lot. Thank you. One request, if possible can you please make a video on loadicator use and data interpretation and Also using Loading manual.
Just like old times Sir!!! Thanks for posting such content!!
Thanks for the Good Words.
Thanks for all your videos sir , please make a video for timber code , especially lashing sir . Thanks in advance.
Very nicely explained...
would like to know why is linseed an exception to the saucering and bundling procedure ?
Thanks for your brilliant explanation! You are doing a truly great job for people worldwide. Could you give me a prompt, please, what the abbreviations Mgy, qgy stand for?
In the context: …the heeling moments due to grain shift Mgy calculated assuming the standard void depth … and …the angle of heel due to grain shift qgy is not greater than 120 …
I will appreciate your clarifying! Thanks in advance! With kind regards from Russia!
The volume of wedge shifted x 2/3 of the breadth will give VHM in meter to the power 4. Now, the vessel's list must not increase more than 12 degrees or a smaller angle say deck edge immersion given by administration due to assumed shift of grain.
Thank you sir , passed my chief mates because of u
Thanks and Welcome
Thankyou for the video Sir. 🙏
Thanks for the Good Words.
very helpful... helped me lot to understand concept. thank u sir
Thanks for the good words.
In calculation of ship's kg in filled trimmed compartment what would be multiplying factor if centroid of hold is used?
Sir request you to please upload video on cargo trimming while the last stages of loading involving penultimate holds or end holds.
Good morning sir
How are you?
Hope all well in your family

Thank you ❤️
Thank you very much for your informative video. I have a doubt sir how to find out VHM if the grain stability booking is missing and no soft copies MMD surveyor asked me. Pls tell me sir.
The guidance is given in Part B of Grain Code.
Thank you very much sir, surveyor told me that it's in your syllabus and its from gz curve. Can you pls tell me how it is.
Can you please explain strength of grain fittings with respect to diagrams??
Good day sir, one oral question by a surveyor is.... why the assumed angle of heel in grain stability criteria is 12 degree(to be specific why was this number chosen)??
Close to deck edge immersion in loaded condition whereby danger of progressive flooding would be there.
Sir at 14:06 minutes you used term maximum separation between two curves, can u please clarify sir
Take a divider. By trial & error method check, at what angle the distance between the GZ curve and (lambda 0 lambda 40 curve) is maximum.
Thank you so much sir
Hello sir, can you please explain why cosine curve until 40 degree? Thank you in advance sir
read the grain regulations or watch the video from start again
nice explained sir. thank you
Thanks
🙏🙏 Sir
Sir can you find out VHM without grain stability booklet.
Part B of grain code gives the guidance.
@@capt.s.s.chaudhari5181 thank you sir
Hi sir
Why 12degrees angle of heel is chosen?
What is the reason?
Conventional cargo ships in loaded condition when listed about 12 deg, risk of progressive flooding
sir, can u explain little bit on void depth ?
Soon
