Just a technique to save you time and make you do more pull-ups: try hanging on the pull-up bar isometrically without moving.
Thank you. I sometimes hang but I should do it a lot more, especially considering that my back isn't as healthy as I want it to be. Based on your suggestion, I am going to make sure I do at least a thirty second one every day.
