Wow, wow, wow!! Just this morning I told my husband “my body is just very very tight” I fell and broke my ankle, (my foot completely detach from my leg)on July 26 and had major surgery. I was bedridden for 2 months, no weight bearing only to use the bedside commode. In November I started walking with a walker then with a boot. I’m 62 years young and this journey has been tough. This video popped up today! What a blessing. I must say it was a challenge to follow along but I did the best I could! My muscles are very tight. Thank you thank you thank you!
I have been doing a few of your foam rolling routines for the past months and love them! I love the length of time - 90 seconds is brutal but so needed! Also, I learned in my birth prep class to keep the brow relaxed and make low sounds (like a cow or a whale) rather than screaming when in labor. After birthing two children mooing like a cow to cope with the pain, I’ve implemented that into my foam rolling and it’s been a huge help in coping with the discomfort!
This was LIFE CHANGING!! I’m on my second foam roller (having sold the first one for lack of use and received the second as a gift) and you are the first workout that’s actually a “program”, not just a targeted “hit”. My perspective on foam rolling changed completely... I was able to get to the spots I always ask massage therapists to work on but never satisfied about. Loved the background information like how the calves are related to the heart. For me the quads and calves hurtled so much I nearly cried... therefore I loved it!!
I'm back for week 2 of this video and i feel sooo much better, this is so relaxing and rejuvenating (after the fact of course) Can't thank you enough Caroline! Your positivity and knowledge are so uplifting 🩷
Wonderful! The chest opener ended up getting the roller in between my shoulder blades which is what has been killing me!! The lat sequence was very challenging. I’ll be doing this regularly, just bought my trigger point roller and so grateful for this video! Thank you 🙏
O my word this was SO helpful! I'm postpartum and waiting to be cleared for exercise. In the meantime I have been antsy to do something that will help my body feel lithe and alive again and foam rolling was the ticket today! Gonna make it a weekly thing. I feel so much more myself now!
I use your 30 minute foam roller routine often.. lost it from my playlist somehow but I see you’ve got this 20 minute one now! Awesome ❤ I’m gonna give it a try tonight! Just wanted to say that I really appreciate you offering these resources freely for others.
This was amazing! I feel incredible. I used the rumble roller for everything except the calves & shins because I’m not a masochist. 😬 Thank you, Caroline!
Finally got a foam roller. This was my first time rolling. I did not have good control over the roller and I am extremely tight. I did find it helpful but difficult to maneuver. I will do again next week. Thank you!!
Loved this exercise!!! I wish I would have known about foam rolling a long time ago. I can’t believe how this has been helping my hip pain, and wow I had no idea I had so much tension in my legs! I feel so much better after I foam roll… thank you for these great workouts!!
I enjoyed your full body foam rolling, Caroline. I have a lot of tension in my body, and your routine helps a lot. I will roll with you more regularly. Thank you! 🫶❤🙏
Hey Caroline! I absolutely feel blissful after this. Thank you for all your TLC content for my body! Was wondering if you would ever consider doing just an upper body specific foam roll ie neck, traps, chest, thorastic low back, arms.
Thank you! This was amazing, you mentioned a foot foam rolling workout on your channel, could you please link it? This is now part of my weekly routine.
First time seeing you on TH-cam. Thought I can follow some new instructor’s workouts. It’s so lovely. I enjoy your way of speaking, the rhythm of the video and the music. Pressed ‘subscribe’. See you next time ❤
Really enjoy all of your foam rolling videos but this one combines all the best elements into one!!! Thank you ❤ Btw, love your leggings, where are they from??
Hi Caroline. I do cardio, weight lift and stretch. However, foam rolling takes the most self motivation and I usually quit because it is so painful. Any suggestions? Is that normal?
16:48 the right quad was most intense, hilariously i slipped off the roller and your “oh my gosh, how are you feeling?” was perfectly timed 🤣 . Feel great though thank you !

Can't thank you enough Caroline! Your positivity and knowledge are so uplifting 🩷
Fantastic! As a newbie roller I find that 90 seconds is a bit intense, so I just do 30 seconds and wait 60 seconds for the next group.
Thank you for this amazing video, my last and hips are so thankful for you!
The best stretching I have ever experienced. Thank you❤
You're so welcome!
