    Oh my goodness! I have always felt like I had sigh tight muscles and NO flexibility. I decided to buy a foam roller and found your channel. I feel like this was life changing. It was like a workout and a full body massage at the same time. Thank you!

    Runner here. I kept getting injured when ramping up my training, even after religiously stretching every run. After learning I'm hypermobile and only manual muscle stuff is helpful, foamrolling and massage have been the only things that stretch my muscles and not my joints. THANK YOU for this! I feel great. Much appreciated.

      Ye a lot of stretching not always helpful if hypermobile. Foam rolling should help without causing any issues 👍🏼 Keep it up 🏃‍♂️

    The hamstring stretch with a bent knee was a good new one for me! Thanks for the routine! I enjoyed the idea of doing back first and then front rather than just going from the bottom to the top

    Hi Tom, I'm 58, have been doing CrossFit for 7 years in Ventura, California. I have been trying to do your foam roller mobility routines several times a week and yesterday placed third woman overall in a trail race in Los Angeles! I contribute part of that to good training, but also being more disciplined with mobility, thanks!

    I was searching for routines with a foam roller and came across your channel. Absolutely amazing, and I feel relaxed, with less back pain. I do have some issues with my sacroiliac joint and, as a result, lower back pain, I finally included one day of stretching and foam roller routines in my workout schedule and I wonder why I haven't done this earlier.     Hi there! I’m from Ukraine, but currently live in Germany; found this training accidentally while searching for some muscle release videos. I feel like I have some extra water in my body and skin on my legs looks worse than it used to, even though I work out hard 5-6 times pro week.     i appreciate the effort and educational explanations.
    Great now foam roller are worth it. Am a crossfit athlete and i think that is what i missed to improve. Please we need a video for the overhead squats and snatches

    Foam roller + stretch routine was great. Hadn't foam rolled by my shins before and it hurt so good.

    Soooo glad I found your channel.. this roller was recommended! I had lost some mobility stiffness in my knees.. pandemic really had me not wanting to go out etc so I stayed depressed as I’m very active and used to be athletic this is going to help a lot Ty !!🎉
