You can make “AI” presets that will do the same thing for everyone in the picture. These are the presets in the left panel so no selecting people and all of that. I have “portrait” presets that do everything from smoothing face skin , body skin, eyes, hair, teeth and even help’s clothes pop with just one click. And it’s all very subtle, but my clients have been very happy with it. I select all of my picks from a shoot and with auto sync turned on I click the preset and walk away for a few minutes until it’s finished.

Perfect timing for this video! I have to edit the images from my 7 year old Granddaughter’s birthday party tomorrow and this will save me a lot of time!

I didn't know about the custom eye preset, and that you can lighten, tighten and sharpen the iris. Looks neat! I'm starting to get interested in saving time with multiple photos, so this is very helpful!

Do you think Adobe has come to the limit of what they can do with Lightroom ?
There haven't been any major upgrades for a while now. Maybe they are waiting
to see what Capture 1, or any other of the utilities come up with.
A I is not the magical utility it is clamed. It's only as good as the person who
    wrote the program.
