    Delicious Ofada sauce
    For the meats:
    * 600 g beef
    * 1/2 medium onion
    * 1 1/2 knorr cube
    * 1 teaspoon salt
    * 100g shaki(cow tripe)
    * 100g kpomo(cow skin)
    * 100g Goat meat
    * Season with send half of onion, 1 1/2 knorr beef cube, 1 teaspoon salt.
    For the sauce:
    * 5 eggs
    * 5 medium bell peppers
    * 5 scotch bonnet pepper(or according to Spicy tolerance level)
    * 1 small onion
    * 3/4 cup red oil
    * 1 teaspoon salt
    * 1/2 knorr beef cube
    * 1/2 knorr chicken cube
    * 1 tablespoon ground crayfish(optional)
    * Using par excellence long grain perboiled rice.
    * Moi moi leave ( if you have access to it)
    Notes:
    * Use medium green bell peppers to achieve a great taste. Green peppers are basically unripe peppers so a very dark shade of green might give you a BITTER sauce.
    * Overcooking/over frying the sauce could also result a bitter sauce.
    * Crayfish can be added to the sauce(I put the amount in the ingredients list).
    * You can Scoop or filter out excess oil after the sauce is done.
    * Serve with ofada rice(local rice) or regular white rice and fried ripe plantain.

    Hia!!! This recipe is the GOAT! As a Ghanaian, I made this recipe today and it was bomb!!! I blended the peppers with vegetable oil because I couldn't be bothered to strain the peppers and it still tasted nice! I have attempted many ayamase recipes and this is the best of them all!! Osheyyyy.
    Thank you for not making Ayamase complex! It's so delicious

    Quick comment Kìkì .... The term 'Ayamashe'... how did the name come to be?
    Cos, where I'm from(Ikenne, Ogun State) .... We refer to the woman who sells ofada rice with this sauce as 'Ayamashe'.... As in 'Rice Ayamashe'. I always thought it was her name.
    But seeing the term 'Ayamashe' in your video title makes it seem unlikely.
    Thanks.
