I loved watching you two celebrating yourselves and giggling like cheeky boys at times. One of the most important realisations in my life was that I don't have to take myself too seriously. You both mastered this too. As a chef, I've found some interesting similarities in the way Heston deals with some issues. I am very grateful for this conversation as it encourages me to trust my intuition more! Thank you both! Greetings from Austria 👋
Loved this. In the same industry and indirectly know Heston through contacts. Just diagnosed with the same, albeit, has been very obvious for a long time. Great channel mate, your interviewing technique was great.
Great talk! I got so much out of this... I have Bipolar, ADHD and autistic traits & can completely empathise with Heston & his journey... I just want to show my appreciation for this video & I'm grateful to have just stumbled upon (or was that because of AI algorithms 🤪) such an insightful discussion. Please pass on my well wishes to Heston & would love to talk with him at some point - I have my own vlog/podcast I'm trying to keep up. Peace - Love - Light Namaste and ahimsa brothers and sisters 😊☮️❤️💯🌱🫂
adhd, bipolar all need the heavy metal detox smoothie, and anti oxidants as these are driving the issues, not some faulty brain, they are more gut microbiome and liver issues
My guess: He's named after Charlton Heston, the popular movie actor who starred in block busters like Ben Hur, Touch of Evil, The Ten Commandments, El Cid, The Greatest Story Ever Told and many more films in the years just before your guest was born. FYI -- By the early 2000s, Charlton Hestin (who died in 2008) was more well-known in the US as a strong supporter of so-called 'traditional values,' conservative politicians and the rights of gun owners. That may explain why he downplays it now, with the joke about the petrol station. Just a guess 🤷🏻♀️
Very insightful and informative. Thanks for putting this together. I am moved by Heston’s courage in speaking about Bipolar and ADHD.
What a great Interview! Thank you both very much!

Ooo wierd. I am obsessed with water and vibration (and subparticle physics) too. Maybe we are just more in tune with the frequencies around us?

i'd be interested to know how he got his diagnosis? I was born with dyslexia, but i am certain there's more to it...

God love him it must be terrifying. ❤
When did this interview take place?
A few weeks ago 🙌
One has to be mad to work in a kitchen
bipolar is reversible, oh yes, i will come and chat how to do this
the meds have made him obese and slurring his words, keto diet will reverse bipolar. give me strength
26:50 I wonder what she said his name meant in Greek.
It means sh*t with an 'a' where the asterisk is. When movies starring Charlton Heston played in Greece he was referred to as Charlton Easton.
he worked 120 jours a week and got by on 20 hours sleep a week, but he has bipolar? i call BS, he has been gaslighted into a story.
❤
But, every onion is different.

I don't think he talked much about bipolar.
Go to polar warriors!
Shouldn't say "be" but "have"
I have bipolar I
