    In 1.5 years, I've gone from doing HR workouts 10 min each time (with 1-2 day break in between) to now blowing through these 40+ min workouts 5 days a week, not finding the "brutal" workout brutal. I'm so grateful for what Heather brings to us .... perfect in every way. No suggestions for further improvement.

    Heather as a guy who's been doing some sort of gym/PT workout for the last 10 years but was stuck doing home workouts with Covid and losing motivation, this 12 week program is really helping me find my lost mojo. I just have to apologise though for all the swearing I'm directing your way - usually it's in the last 10 seconds of an exercise, or when I think there's a rest period coming up but instead it's another set! I'm sure you're actually a lovely person.

    Hi Heather, I'm from Germany and have been doing your workouts for 1 year. It's amazing how the body changes and I feel so much better. I find your HR12Week series super varied, so I don't always have to put something together myself. I like doing no-repeat workouts from time to time, but the repetitions are much more strenuous. I look forward to your training over the next few weeks. Thank you and keep it up

    Just wonderful, as usual, you're a bright goddess Heather and I am lifted by your very female friendly workouts as well as by the positive vibrations in our community. I started 1 year ago to get back in shape after my second pregnancy and it felt impossible at first. Now i just flow through the 40 minutes with (hum...almost...) fingers in my nose :-) LOVE to you and all of us here

    I think this was my favourite workout ever. Not even just from Heather's selection but all workouts EVER!
    No repeats make the time go quicker. I don't think Ill ever return to the gym I was at pre-pandemic, not only because it sucked to be discriminated against but because they never provided a class that was as amazing as Heathers!! Or as free ;)

    I LOVED this one. It's nice to mix it up with a no-repeats. I treat the exercises I hate (no offence walking planks but GET OUTTA HERE) as more of a challenge because I only get one shot to show it who's boss. Thanks Heather! Have a great weekend everyone!

    I just love your workouts and this one in particular. I tell myself keep going until you hear the buzzer because right before I can't do anymore is where the real change is happening. This no repeat is great because I don't know what to expect and just loved every minute of it!! 😀

    I loved this training Heather!!!
    I always preferred the ones that don't have exercise reps, because for some reason, I can give my best in every round!
    Finding you was the best thing, after going through trainers whose workouts made my knees ache.

    I love the reps for strength work in particular but honestly breaking up that with fun workouts like this is really great. I really enjoyed this one because it was mixed up and the time flew past. I would say you have the balance right in terms of repeats and no repeats. Thank you for these amazing programs! Been on them for over a year now and still loving them.
