    I have just tried this exercise for the first time and I really enjoyed it. I was worried that I might not be able to do most of it due to a back injury but I managed to have a go at everything. I feel really refreshed and awake now. Many thanks for another fantastic video 🙏

    I find this one so helpful. I can feel it’s getting a little easier. My balance is improving. (MS weakness )

    Love this! ❤️❤️. Would also love a couple more Chair Yoga’s that are 45 minutes to an hour as well I really enjoy all your chair workouts.

      Hi Jacob, I have done all your chair workouts. They have become part of my daily routine! I do like the idea of doing the back to back ones. Just always love when you put out new material!

    Love this. Great addition to your library of classes. Can you do hip openers on a chair. Had knee surgery And cannot get down on floor for.a while

      Also. Have tried this class. It is a transitional class that offers chair and floor postures. maybe this might help you access some new postures. It might be too much for your knee so only do what feels safe. th-cam.com/video/bg7bCjZZlT0/w-d-xo.html

      @@JacobCino Tried your suggestion today I managed most of the class. I made note of the mat exercises and will do most of them them on my bed. The floor is not my friend at the moment. I wish I could figure out a way to do legs up the wall- my happy place. Thank you for all these online classes. I make time to do at least 30 minutes daily. My Ortho surgeon loves that I have been “exercising” since seven days post surgery.

      Yes, you can, We could organize a wire transfer. Paypal accounts can be a bit confusing to set up but easy once you do. All you need is an email and a credit or debit card to link to the account. What country do you live in? Alternantley i can also send you a money request on Paypal if you send me your email.

      @@JacobCino I think I managed to install PayPal, I need my grandson to look at, just in case, I am not very technical with this matter, I don't know how it works. Sorry I get there eventually.
