Kaplan is fantastic... however specifically for physics I recommend Princeton review
Other than that I recommend Kaplan for the other subjects

what does the free mean in free fatty acids?
The carboxylic acid is not bonded to a carbon backbone (i.g. glycerol)
So if you eat a lot of pasta you get fat ☹
