TriOrigin: Thank you for good maxims. i'm having problems deciding what IS the right thing, useful, how to USE/waste time. - Do you mean to say it is good to WASTE some time sometimes, like restfully? Is it good watchin a movie once in a while to have some fun distraction from problems and tasks, worry and sickness, despite being on the computer screen radiation damaging the eyes, getting more passive and losing more life forces, or should one force oneself to get out in fresh air instead, forming one's own inner images, or read a real book, even though tired. I am afraid the latter is true, and the temptation of passively seeing/hearing is a big one. - About showing up no matter what: Is that really wise once sleep deprivation sickness has reached a stage afr´ter 2 decades, where ione is too nerve-wracked to stand the pressures and challenges of social life, and to be able to tolerate what ppl say and do, and be nice and giving a swell? Is it not better to staý isolated working to recover (but then really DO that, too!) and avoid ppl until enough reserve energy is there? Risk of isolation depression of course, but working for balancing it.

so what rly helps me sleep better is to go do some pushups or run for 5 to 10 mins with some rock music like deltaparole. the getting out of bed and doing smth and music is important cuz that takes ma mind off of sleeping and relaxes me and when i start sleeping relaxed, i sleep better. just dont think about sleeping in bed. best of luck fellow sleep warriors
